A massive rerate is now looming IMO
192,400 Carat of diamonds @ USD 939.41 (current market price in Zimbabwe) is $180.7m this however is only the start with all that's going on now with Vast.
SP 2p+ near term IMHO but going forward who knows?
GLA genuine holders patience will be rewarded.
So.... rebranding the rebrand? worth a gamble?
Maybe, it depends on spare cash and risk profile I guess.
GL
I cannot believe they have zero cash left!!
"considerable interest" heard that one before somewhere, how many masks did they sell again??
400k won't last very long I'm afraid.
GL if you are holding you will need it.
It's been a grind but Vast has now become investable, dramatically increased production (and sales) an upward trend is just about to build, although very low sp at the moment I cannot see that lasting very long at all.
This could rocket now from here.
GLA
The scenario Blu, would be a run on Bitcoin say into new highs maybe as high as $100k per coin....
If BTC drops ARB is done, also if it hangs around current levels for much longer ARB is still finished.
A lifeline not to be scoffed at though as it makes ARB of interest again.
GLA
Jed, that's why the Covid debt is being restructured/written down & tbf 200m is not a lot in the scheme of things.
Nothing new in the report.
Yes Hex and I would warn anyone against investing unless they understand the risk/reward, in this case the most you could possibly lose is around 3p/share and the most you could gain is anywhere from 30 - 150p/share if you don't take the profits too early.
IMO
The only real question is how many bags from here?
x10 short to medium term, possibly x50 or more over longer time frame (at least 18 months I would guess)
GLA genuine folks.
"Cineworld obtains approval to immediately access up to approximately $785 million of an approximate $1.94 billion DIP financing facility to, among other things, support ongoing operations"
I Seriously cannot see this failing to hit the 8-11p range prior to the 22nd September & 20p+ after. Crazy lows atm.
Revenue in 2018 was $4.1B in 2019 was $4.4B (800m profit) in 2020 (Covid lockdown) $0.8B & 2021 (on & off closures) $1.8B.
As for 2022 perhaps a very conservative $3.0B?
With the C11 protection to allow existing debt to be restructured over a longer timeframe (and probably greatly reduced with a modest equity swap) along with the short/medium term liquidity cash injection granted ($1.94B)
Personally I agree with Mooky and can see a very bright future for the Cine brand going forward.
The potential downside is a fraction of the potential upside. IMO
Cine is at rock bottom now but the SP could be back above £2 before you can say "sh*t I missed than one"
GLA
Last time the sp dipped below 2p it rose over 300% to nearly 7p in double quick fashion.
Since then there has been good comms from Mooky and a cash injection and promise of over 1.5B to see Cine through the C11 process where the future looks very bright indeed.
I personally don't care if the debt/liability restructure is reduced rent, closure of weaker outlets or in part debt for equity to some parties, it makes little difference to the market cap of circa 1B which is a fair prediction of next year end.
Way undervalued with all the known knowns.
IMO
GLA
Resistance at 5p & again at 8p probably, most likely then heading back to a more normal trading range, (20 to 60p)
Revenues of over £1.8billion (up over 120% on previous year) looks like even better next year, opening new cinemas and much of the covid debt being written down/off (as with many companies)
Cineworld is going nowhere.
IMO
GLA
I believe we could be looking at an 8 to 11p finish soon enough as the dust will settle on the negative speculation by people not actually in the know, if it sells papers or they are paid to talk down a share then leave them to it.
You don't open new outlets/cinemas if you are going bankrupted, it just doesn't happen period.
GL and enjoyed the ride back up!
Pi's are taking good profit but their shares are being snapped up by serious buyers.
I expect there may be a notification late morning early afternoon and perhaps again mid week.
GLA
Totally agree FTH, if there is anything like the volume of last Thurs/Fri we are looking at some where between 8 to 11p finish. Wish I had picked up more when massively oversold tbh.
GL for the week all holders.
