Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
In Zimbabwe, the Company is preparing for the release of its diamonds previously mined by the Company and preparing for their marketing. Upon the finalisation of the process the Company will recommence its focus on the finalisation of the mining agreement on the Community Diamond Concession in the Marange Diamond Fields.
The truth is no-one knows the outcome here, it could conceivably go to zero or could bag many times.
The power currently is with the Judge to rule over Cine's future ownership makeup, the only actual facts are....
1. Billions of covid debt.
2. CW is worth Billions.
3. Trading as normal.
4. Current Mcap is tiny.
5. Shareholders would only need to be allowed a tiny stake to multi bag.
Take your punt, long or short and enjoy the ride!

ASi, SV may indeed be a shorter, as claimed by his/herself not by others, it is a general rule of thumb that if someone continually talks a share down they wish the sp to fall and may well be either short on it, looking to get in lower or paid to spread FUD.
Likewise it is fair to say that the opposite may well apply if a share is talked up constantly.
The fact that someone would dedicate so much time and profess to not have an agenda either way is just too incredulous to even consider for any sane person. IMO
GLA
Tiny Mcap, represents less than half the cash to be returned to shareholders, but as a cash shell? who knows, could be a great little punt.
The forecasts will be the interesting section IMO and I'm sure that will be the area of debate/negogiation.
Asi, slightly facetious on my part I was referring less to the environmental impact but more on the human element of Zim mining in general, although this is improving YoY, I too view the potential to mine and also the historic parcel of diamonds as an added bonus outside of my original reason for investment.
GL
OP, there is no mention of a share issue next week, the resolution is for shareholders to vote to allow the wriggle room if the diamonds etc. are not received in time, notification today is for agreement of debt extension, if the parcel is not received by then a further extension will likely be sought, in the event of this not getting approval the timeframe for recovery would be 3+ months in which time the proposal for share issue/raise could be implemented.
The question shareholders may be asking themselves is what is the sp going to look like during this process, with BP news on it's way along with the parcel of diamonds not forgetting a diamond mining licence (expected)
GL
The information is already available to them, an alternate perspective on the valuation of a going concern would be more than welcomed by the Judge IMO.
ASI, you are not coming across as someone with circa 16k still invested??
Anyway the resolution at the AGM is for insurance purposes it is exactly what I would do to protect my own and shareholders assets, the application for debt extension was ongoing albeit only just agreed, the historic parcel of diamonds are due literally anytime, don't be surprised if news drops later today or tomorrow.
GL if you are currently invested.
Percy, poor language, plummet is not the opposite of rise, surely? & Simple, I believe you may have owned some shares at some point but clearly not anymore, good luck with your agendas the both of you.
I'm just glad I'm not short on Vast.
Dilution over debt any day for me personally, although a placing is looking much less likely and a rerate is probably on the cards, I definitely would not be comfortable with any open shorts on Vast atm.

The sp opened at 0.00325 today mid price, if it returned to the Jan 23the high of 0.02 (on no news) it would be over a 500% rise.
The £50m drone contract has gone away but so has most of the debt which has been slashed and the remainder converted, the purpose of reviving ICON has yet to be announced.
One to watch.
IMO
I have a 3 red flag policy then I sell and move on, we are now on 2 and I'm left considering what the hold up actually is.
Currently where China are concerned it could be literally anything though, hopefully they can resolve the issues.
