If this doesn't achieve an RTO this year it's all but worthless, however if a deal is struck it will rocket FACT. as I've said before it's a punt, it's my favourite type of investment and around 1 in 5 go nowhere...

I have to ask myself why the resident de-rampers are so hell bent on attempting to drive an sp down? usually means there is real potential and they have an interest in a lower entry point. Who owns what shares currently is not relevant and the MCAP doesn't know or care about that but it sits around 500k and needs to be £30m obviously a discounted raise is no use at all, the only vehicle to achieve £30m is a raise at a huge premium which will only happen if a target is found and has potential for any investment.

In any case don't listen to either me or them but just see who is still around if/when an RTO is announced,

You seem fixated with NE10 I don't believe that is where the investment is coming from, in today's mech's a clean cash shell with main market listing is of great interest to many that may not have the trading/account cycles for listing and expansion.

I believe it will be walked up to circa £5M MCAP The £30M is the minimum req. after consolidation/swaps etc.

FYI an RTO is not going to be with NE10.

This will multi bag many times if/when the RTO is formally announced.

Your hangup with Hogan and what he may nor may not make has no relevance to the massive upside for shareholders even if he dumps on the way up.

£30M MCAP minimum req.for an RTO current MCAP at £520k, do the maths.

Main market, cash shell and lots of interest.

Who cares if someone will make a shedload upon RTO all that matters is the 60x current value of which current holders will benefit to the tune of at least 10 even if LH dumps converts/dumps, obviously it could be much more.

These don't come along too often.

We've all had duffers the only advice I can give you is don't dwell on it, move on and put your energy into YOUR own investments.

If he dumps so what? the MCap drops from 700k to 600k then a buy signal is triggered and the sp shoots up, in the grand scheme of things there is little significance.

FYI all my punts that performed really well (over 1000%) were tipped to go bust in much the same fashion as you are seemingly doing right now.

£30M MCap for RTO currently 700k with headroom for consolidation & transfer easily 10x current value to shareholders in GCG.

Main market and becoming fewer cash shells.

Note: around one in five of these go under on me so total wipeout, however if you have the minerals then GL and enjoy the returns.

Since there are 5B new shares valued at 0.2p is the sp likely to hit that or even lower? What would the general consensus be for a top up?

I’m talking a modest amount as I’m already in but need to average down somewhat.

@62% discount the forward selling will be brutal for at least 3.75B shares, best advice is hold and average down all the way.

After a scan of the trades, It's looking rather like traders etc selling and sticky's are building positions, that should be good for the sp over the next few sessions.

Diversification is the thin edge of the wedge, it will create venue sooner and most importantly give more control to He1 on price point due to the market share increase.

The sp will drop initially as traders will focus on the raise without the understanding of good v bad raises etc.

The sp will soon be worth multiples again and this has a real chance of being a monsterIMO.

Sure traders will jump until a whiff of a JV but that just helps us make a market, LTH will do very well here.
