The CLN in this instance means the issuance of shares hence 50% instant dilution. It's already priced in, not CLN death spiral like in other situations as shares are issued almost immediately which gets around the issuing below par price.

Even with 10Bn shares in circulation mcap is less than 500k. Definitely a good trade to be done here - isn't that spooky ;))
