That's pretty much how it looks, certain posters seem unable or unwilling to understand this though, ah well troll away I'm sure your family are all very proud of you not ;))

If you actually take the time to check RNS's you'll see the submission was done back in April 2025 -

"announces an update on its Food and Drug Administration (FDA) De Novo submission. In response to a request by the Company for a Supervisory Review, the FDA recently provided a review of its April 2025 assessment. While the number of the outstanding deficiencies has been reduced, the review upheld the FDA's prior view that there remains certain outstanding elements, including further information in relation to clinical validation."

This update was back in July 2025, so given the progress they've made on addressing the other outstanding elements, I think an update is imminent, but by all means wait till Q1 2027 if you like, and check how far the share price has soared by then if thats what you prefer :))

It seems some like to make things up as they go along - easiest buy and hold for me this one !

Scrap that - now 1.25p to buy :))

FDA approval would certainly be a game changer and could land anytime now - current price 1.15 bid 1.20 ask :))
