@Magzy, this may not necessarily mean they are fully out of GDR (in terms of shareholders) as believe significant status listing on the website is also related to the 3% threshold required for reporting.

Good find Bobby...but how did you actually find the page? I've tried going through the tabs and the internal search function but it does not bring me to this page. So maybe they haven't fully built in the page to the full directory as yet. Would have thought it would be more prominent given its current world impact

Magsy I'm not saying anyone is doing anything illegal. To be absolutely honest I don't know the full rules on what can and cannot be done by companies listed on stock exchanges. That being said FDA approval is crucial for anything - which ever route we take.
I'm simply opening up dialogue with valid thoughts (no random speculation or de-ramping/ ramping) and happy to hear views. I very much believe in this company and its products.

... a buyout being constructed in the background. Just waiting on our tests (saliva - with nasal already proved) to prove the standards on BC's machines together with FDA approval (almost certain). The lack of info being released (and when so, due to other variable forcing their hand to RNS) has the smell of trying to keep the mcap below a particular value to suffice the buyout agreement.
This is just my thought, could be wrong. What this value is Im not sure but would prefer considerations north of 300-350M MCap.

I received some questions following the update last week on our Genedrive SARS-CoV-2 PCR testing in saliva samples with Beckman RNA extraction chemistry- What does "work completed to date has been very promising" mean in reality? Development work is ongoing to lock down final clinical and analytical performance specs, (eg limit of detection), but it's clear that it can work well. Here's my result - happy to report I come up as COVID19 negative! The data collected to date gives us the confidence that our kit could be validated with clinically acceptable performance. Work ongoing. D. Budd.
