Yes, I really enjoy re-reading the Scancell documents and re-viewing Lindy's presentations.
I learn a bit more each time.
I like slide 30 as well, where Lindy is giving us some clues as to how she selects her targets,
So spiral structures are good choices. Perhaps they are more rigid than other structures and, as such, are more likely to have a high affinity when binding either to an APC or a tumour cell.
In contrast, the looser structures, are likely to flap around more in the bloodstream, and so they tend to disconnect more frequently before activation takes place.
That's the view of a physicist anyway LOL
