Well with the BionTech collaboration expanding recently with Modi2 and with it likely to continue to expand, it is perhaps taking up more and more of Lindy's time.
Then we also have the TCR element of the GC (should we win of course).
Moditope target use in TCR is obviously a growing area.

It frees up Lindy (the free spirit) to add to Scancell's already impressive array of targets. This in turn feeds into the TCR arena.

The earliest article I could find that promoted the idea that CD4 TCells could be potential killers rather than helpers to CD8 cells is this (more than 6 months after the Moditope RNS)

It looks like a first for Lindy not just for the targets she discovered but also in the use of CD4 cells as killers.

Sounds like you only need a few TCells to induce more stress.
No doubt the chain reaction also leads to clonal expansion of the TCells, so the few become many.

Notice the reference to "stress induced". Lindy has already found more likely targets created by stress.

That sounds like she is looking for PBP to run and run using more and more targets.

But remember that PBP also includes TCR therapy and diagnostics.
That is why I like the idea of joint project managers, Lindy and Ugur, if this is indeed the case.

Lindy and Ugur agree how to divide up the dosh and each gets on with their part of the project.
They obviously need to co-ordinate the 2 parts of PBP but they must be so used to working together already.

Lindy's part is to develop ModI3 and test it in the clinic. Lindy will have her own team back at Scancell but it will also now be augmented by a number of eminent professors.
