Thanks for that Konar. That's also the conclusion I came to when reading the article.
It must be very difficult to produce a very accurate model due to the many variables, some of which are still unknown.
A model is only as good as the data feeding it. In this case the data is still being researched.
How contagious, whether it is airborne, will heat help kill it.
I am glad the UK government has chosen the suppress route, rather than do nothing or mitigation.
How strict and extensive the suppress measures need to be, only time will tell.
One thing is sure, the mathematical model being used will continually be tweaked as new data becomes available.
