NY-ESO-1 is a protein widely expressed by a number of cancers.
From memory Lindy included 16 targets in SCIB2 i.e. 16 different epitopes each of which is part of the NY-ESO-1 protein.
How much research she did on how many of these 16 targets occur on other cancers we don't know. But my guess is that she and her team did enough research to make the claim about relevance to multiple cancers.

He may even volunteer for that first jab, live on Sky news.

Well, its not a device like Ichor so I would assume it will be covered as part of the toxicity report that Scancell have to produce.
I stand to be corrected but I don't think it needs separate approval to be used in a trail but would form part of the approval for a Covidity + peptide delivery package.
Burble previously indicated that it would also have to have a proven manufacture process.
I would have thought this would be very straightforward but again I stand to be corrected.

With Scancell its more about the platforms that are used to activate the TCells and create the antibodies.
The combination of Immunobody and Avidimab may produce immune responses superior to those of other vaccines. But we won't know until the trial results.
Lindy has always emphasised that Immunobody produces high avidity in the activated TCells. This has now been increased by Avidimab. It also now seems almost certain that the peptide delivery method is ready. Again we await to see how good this is.

But you are right, Covidity is looking to be very attractive to potential partners. I do think though that they will wait to see how the phase 1/2 trial goes.

Yes, looks like a mistake was made on the month of the closing date.
Really exciting that it looks like the mAbs too are being progressed towards the clinic.
Whether Scancell will leave it there and seek partners, we have to wait and see.

The pipeline gets better and better and we will hopefully start 3 trials this year.
It amazes me that Lindy manages to keep tabs on all this work?
