'I can confirm if the EUDA merger was not going ahead we would know. That is all I will say.'
Translates as 'I have no more idea than the rest of you, and can't confirm anything, but I've got a pile of shares I want rid of so could do with a rampy spike before the wife finds there's no money for this summer's holiday.'
Sorry uxm, but if (and it looks ever more remote) theorem and euda actually complete their merger, any letter of intent with Val from theorem is going to be in an envelope with a lot of other junk labelled 'miscellaneous other.'
Theorem and euda had the 30 day deadline, extendable to 45. That expired in November last year, and two months later there's just the sound of tumbleweed blowing past. SD hasn't even made a twitter comment about it, never .ind an RNS that even touches on positivity like you seem to have, and I imagine SD knows a lot more a out what isn't happening than you do.
Uxm - you say 'The merger is ongoing and again it should be reaching a conclusion soon and once that is done the LOI should be signed and yes with upfront payments as agreed.'
Do you a) know this to be true, b) hope this might be the case, or c) are you just repeating rampy stuff from the back end of last year to sucker in new people so you can offload your placing shares?
Presumably she still considers it uninvestable. Rats and sinking ship?
I like the confident and conspicuous use of 'exceptional', as opposed to the more reserved scancell of old which would probably just have said 'encouraging' or 'promising.'
Exceptional. It is what it says on the tin then. Or on the needle-free delivery system anyway.
CW - a lot of what he posts is probably influenced by the company he keeps.
PM - given that you felt that in excess of 160k a year for SD was a mendacious deramp, do you consider it excessive now that you know it really is what she earns (or is paid, anyway)?
I suppose it's like me saying to the wife that I'm off to the bank to get a load of money as the bank has strong access to funds. But if my proposal for the bank to fund me is examined and found wanting, then I'm not going to get any money. Although in VAL's case it seems more that the bank manager has had other things to do and has left them sitting in the waiting area for 2 years plus while he gets on with more important stuff. Every so often a clerk walks past and says 'you can go home for a while if you like', but the 'VAL' thinks 'no, as long as I'm here, the wife thinks I've got a chance of coming home with some cash, but if I go home empty handed there'll be he'll to pay.'
Very true Nom - also worth noting that the word 'Believe' comes up a couple of times, as in 'We believe TheoremRx has strong access to capital' and 'we believe that we can help'. A belief is not a fact. Some people 'believe' the earth is flat. They really believe it, and tell everyone who will listen of the belief, but.....
And since when did any of the currently fruitless discussions between TheoremRX and EUDA ever involve Val in any way shape or form? The now very dry and crinkly LOI is unlikely to form part of any DD, discussions or contracts, even if one 'believes' the silent and long overdue 'merger' announcement will come to anything. Beware the pump to offlaod the 6p shares.
PM - I suspect your first sentence in that post is pure speculation regarding Porky9's financial situation, unless you happen to be his accountant which seems unlikely. Also pure speculation, but it looks as if you and possibly at least one other are limbering up for a renewed session of t urd polishing. Time will tell.
Has anyone considered the possibility that whatever Suzy's level of scientific or managerial competence, 201 is simply a dead duck? Tiny number of patients on a safety and tolerability trial only, and now inches deep in dust on the shelf. If a specialised funding finder has got nothing in over 2 years, why withdraw from the LOI - the only spinnable spark of hope that can be waved in front of shareholders? Suzy may actually be working as hard as possible, but is basically trying to plait fog.
Arguably it's more relevant that they aren't sending a scientist to present science stuff, but sending the CFO presumably for specific financial objectives or advancement, and with a 2 year(ish) Bank balance already in hand. Not expecting ground breaking RNSs as a consequence just yet, but it's good to see this sort of thing gong on.
No need to ask your question at the EGM - the answer lies in the words you copied - 'Opportunities' are 'being explored'...... to promote the project to 'potential' .... partners.
It's like a beggar in a city centre asking passers-by for 10 pence for a cup of tea saying 'I am actively exploring opportunities with a large number of potential sponsors to develop partnerships to allow the acquisition of substantial refreshments.'
'Save these words' you said. So I did. Glad it's the only piece of advice I took from you...

CB.... why dont you sell out if you believe that the trend has changed?
lol...Porky has ONE last fan left here.
We moved up 200% and now consolidating at 10p = 50% retracement.
Trend has now changed to bullish. I just measured the next move in SP, min 10p!
When deal gets done this will gap up! Save these words! No chance of getting in cheap! NO chance!

Boil, not build.
Probably the sprouts. They should have been put on to build at least a week ago.
Question was 'have any new contracts been signed?'
Suzy took several minutes and effectively said 'No.'
Anyone interpret it any differently?
The question re the 2.5 million owed by Valipharma asked 'where did the money come from and what was it spent on?'
As far as I heard, this was utterly ignored. The entire sum (which exceeds the latest raise by a considerable margin) was apparently brushed aside as 'an inter company loan' and 'an accounting artefact.'
The whole reply was a massive load of dismissive waffle which did not answer the question. So 2.5 million is just a hypothetical piece of hot air is it? An 'inter company loan' with no explanation regarding what it was spent on and when it is to be repaid. Loans do get repaid don't they? Otherwise they would be 'gifts' not 'loans.'
This is wholly unsatisfactory imo.
'not being willing to "gamble" the whole of the Company on VAL201 money' - wise choice, because she'd lose. 201 produced lacklustre results on a group of patients so small that nobody of any note would be even remotely interested. And if she bet the farm and lost, then it's bye bye 160k a year.
