I was correct in my posts, today was the last date to release rhe report or indeed trading would have been suspended. They have so it won't happen.

If the Annual Report hasn't been filed by tomorrow the 28th of June 24 then the next RNS should be the suspension of trading.

All resolutions passed last year too.

The SP then was 0.03p it's now 0.0032p.

Next Year they'll be prospecting for Kryptonite and the resolutions will pass again.

Less than 12% of total shares voted in favor of the resolutions.

On the 29th of June last year the shares were suspended as the annual report had't been lodged as required.

Am I correct is saying it hasn't been lodged again yet and and if it hasn't by close of play on Friday it will be suspended again?
