Well it did good holding its head above water on a torrid day for the markets.

Still way shy of CDiF's .005 but I'll cut him some slack as it wasn't a normal day for the MMs.

When do the 12.5 billion placing shares hit the figure as ISE still only have 23 billion issued?

CDiF I'm sure your earlier post of .5 was a misprint and should read .005p I know there are more 0's than a tin of spaghetti h00ps. But can't see this getting to 0.005p anytime soon.

As pointed out gold is at an all time high. Echo have none to sell, oil was at an all time high too but Echo didn't open the taps.

The world is in total turmoil which will not help when investing in risk.

The past is the past? Strange The last 2 RNS have only been released 1st only being 31st July?

You would have thought a company listed on AIM would post their own data correctly and in a timely fashion.

We will see how long it takes for them to issues notice of threshold holding after issuing 12 billion shares and the notice of the date of the general meeting for the voting of the next 4 billion shares.

These may smell bad but aren't of my making.

So his 243,172,784 WAS 1.06% before the placement.

Play fair now CDiF. Echo in all fairness are somewhat to blame by releasing their RNS out of sequence. As The placing RNS does say there is now 35 billion shares none held by Echo. But there next RNS uses data from the pre placement.

They really need to do better but I suppose all 5 of their employees are busy so it will just bean oversight.

Not a negative post as it will more than likely happen.

A couple of points

Firstly The CEO has been in place since November 23. So not a New CEO.

2nd point. Echo or its partner hasn't produced or found any gold as of yet.

3rd point. Equipment and manpower costs haven't been revealed as yet.

Get the Viagra out this will not stay up for long.

Even more dilution than I thought likely.

His number of shares have remained the same but there has been 2 issues adding another couple of Billion shares to the pot.

So unless he tops up his holding ((which he said he will) he'll drop off the TR1 list.

Correct Chadster the only time you profit or loss is when you sell.

Your change in stake was due to the issue of more shares diluting your holding from 4 to 3% (give it take)

Total share you held over the given period remained the same.

If you add to a volume the previous volume gets diluted.

When you originally became a TR1 shareholder what was the SP?

A BB open to the public. What I post aren't lies. The RNS names Chadster and he indeed lost 25% of his 4% stake in Echo due to dilution.
