Anyone that thinks gold is just scattered around readily and will be so easy to extract will be excited. It is similar to most precious metals or minerals the easy stuff gets whipped away toot sweet.

The owner of the mine and or tailings has already picked up the spoils. If it is going to be that easy why haven't they done so themselves? Echo has no history of this sort of sector so only bring money. (very limited money)This keeps the gravy train rolling for another year or so during which time the hat will be passed around several times.

Echo still have the 4 reserve fireman conduction safety studies on the trailing's site and the proposed mining site. No mining or gold recovery has commenced yet.

But it is good to see the price of gold bars is at good level. The recovery or mining costs have yet to be established before any volume of gold is sold but the venture.

IMHO there will be a good few months to go before any form of profit is established or released.

Interoil are due to release their July production figures which Echo has a small working stake in. Hopefully the drop in production there has been reversed.
