The opinions of sharebel-end28 Mar 2021 08:50
Sharebel has the right to an opinion, even if it is nonsense. Notice the derampers state things with fact, when. Ultimately it’s just their opinion which they are stating as fact. Ironic because they are arguing with others view on an RNS. Sharebel and the like seeem to think their opinion is better or more accurate than others.
1. “ IF company was in final stages of acceptance of a binding FSP offer then this info RNS’d has seriously put this in doubt”
- this is completely made up
- we have no idea on how this info affects the states of fsp. It clearly mentions its independent. It Sharebel cannot see how this adds value to someone investing for FSP OR non-FSP reasons. They are deluded or fail to see the benefits that almost everyone else has
2. “Furthermore if it was close to fruition then they would not be declaring at this stage in the game (RE: making progress on the strategic options available to the Company‘). This is indeed a red flag”
citing merely stating ‘strategic options’
- making progress, just because said in the past, does not equate to “nothing any time soon”
- what is “soon”?
- Sharebel - I think you are too invested for the fsp outcome and you seem to think that 99% of investors only ever came FOR solely the FSP. Keep up with the times, this is bigger than just FSP now. This news is transformational. It would have taken YEARS to aquire the licences to the flanks of flanks (just look at how long flanks took us), this has accelerated the process and with one fell swoop eua just notified us ... that we practically have first mover on the WHOLE district confirmed. MEGA. With Rosgeo
- FSP has not ended. Why release this? Why not end the fsp and release this? Because there are still buyers and there’s still an option to sell part of whole of the company
- your ramblings and naysaying is pure speculation. You haven’t got much meat on the bone in terms of substance. And all the “negatives” are directed to no outcome of the fsp, which is ridiculous as aside from fsp the company has made this decision and has strategically become a major player in the pgm space
- have you considered the buyers wanting this before a deal?
- have you considered eua wanting this before a deal to increase price?
- have you considered bids aren’t high enough so this will be the icing on the cake?
- have you considered one or more of our assets still being worked on to be sold, while retained money is paid via dividend and used to cherry pick the finest of the 9 mines to develop and generate annual income while eua expand?
A lot Sharebel hasn’t considered. Must be liking his own posts too, because I can’t see many agreeing with those long winded waffle statements.
Speak for yourself when you talk about it dragging on etc. The progress throughout the last 18 months has been incredible. The next 18 months (assuming we aren’t bought out fully) will be even better. EUA & state backed. 11 mines. MASSIVE news
