In all honestly you just come on the board suggesting that 50p is surprising, and you don't want to be told '**** loads of assets', yet you seem to have done absolutely minimal DD and just came on the board expecting other pi's to share the answers and DD for your investment. DS has said they won't accept low ball offers, a special divident as DTTB has said is DIFFERENT from a dividend

And if you look at just MT and the resources there, then if thats sold alone we are talking currently approximately 70p. This could easily increase after next weeks' update(s). What did you think of the ACF research notes? The ones last year or this year? I would assume during your DD you had read them?

The GUF investor there is very good at fair calculations and, like ACF, tends to lean on the conservative side. They are far from Rampy, unlike myself who think we are worth on the higher end of the sale prices.

Seems you were a multimilllionarie holder of GGP at 12p. You once laughed at others on the board for suggesting it would go above 30p and yourself suggested it wasn't worth past 20p. GGP ~37.5p that year. I totally understand limited expectations, but at this stage if you haven't researched the special dividend and seemingly have no idea about the resources and assets, then I would expect little sympathy in helping you as information is so readily available for an investor such as yourself (not everyone is blessed being a multimillionaire)

Sale of MT is practically nailed on. Zak Mir knows it, Keith knows it, BTKogan knows it and many others know it.

Those selling out will be gutted but they're probably holding enough shares to still be happy with the outcome. Like Keith says, down the road the long timers will be rewarded. We hit 40p+ without flanks, without the JV + 9 areas with 100moz PtEq, without the new additions to Board. Under 19p to buy is fantastic - even without expecting an imminent sale.

Dmitry and EUA didn't let this go for what they thought was undervalued, they waited for the right offer and the right conditions. The right offer has come, and the conditions are gradually being met. With a monumental one expected anytime within the next 5-6 weeks (OR LESS)

Looking to take another few 100k shares next week. 50% more shares than all the 28p top ups - I'll take that. Why bother selling down at these levels is strange but maybe some need the money.

Whats even better is after the massive payout the shares won't be worthless - depending on how much we sell. And forget 60-80p if we're selling the lot, the whole lot is going for £1+ and a fat retirement for EUA, directors and PI's

A better indicator is look at the Badge/Verified posters - such as Magnum P.I, and check the price next to their name.

Shorts will close eventually. My guess is that we will drop for 30 seconds to a minute before theres a flurry of buys, combined with shorts closing, taking us back above 20s and then we hold it.

It is possible to try and trade it but personally I dont reckon its worth it. Accumalation for the BIG one is easier. Looking at the 1 year chart we are near bottom. Just a whiff of news RE: Asset sale progression and I predict a +30% day as has been seen in a few other AIM shares of late.

If a deal is being struck OUTSIDE of the FSP do you think UBS are going to keep us in FSP? Not quite, UBS DLA Piper and EUA decided that its best to exit FSP if since we are persuing this outside FSP deal. Which imo the new JV NYUD is being sold with MT and we are waiting for this new company to keep the licences and sell that along with MT

MT + 1 JV asset = you'll be a happy bunny in the near future. You've already sliced if i recall so just jam, use some of your profits on a weekend away and come back when the deal is done.

would you have taken 40-50p weeks ago for the whole company last month. or get 70-80p with a free ride for all the JV sites, keeping your shares, just to hold on for a little longer. What is a month or two after holding for a year or two?
