No worries T7000 has this to be done, XWB is fine other than when operated in desert type areas (Not a new problem for all carriers) but there's a fix for this also as Tufan explained it'll just take awhile for the shop visits
The fan blades aren't the problem it's the high pressure turbine blade in the "Hot Part" that's the problem they have a fix but can only implement it on shop visits so have to wait for them to come in to retrofit all new engines will get new standard
Pre rights issue and not sure exactly but they hit £12 for the blink of an eye and I certainly remember £10 as I had none and all my mates had new cars (woe is me lol) I held some at £8 years ago also the rights issue is the reason you are getting two figures
Most people are conditioned to live with debt nowadays (credit rating must be maintained) most of our young know nothing else I take on board what retirement says but unfortunately it's all a little old school correct but old school but imo the best way if you can get there
Will be interesting to see what Hunt does on Wednesday regarding ISA's and CGT some rumours about him changing things maybe increasing limit on an ISA and not reducing CGT as planned for next year fingers crossed
To whom though with it being Nuclear energy surely this would have major security implications maybe a pretty much Govt controlled entity such as BAE discussions regarding far away dates imply the cash involved could reach Trillions over time
Some US investment as well!

Is this something they do annually anyway? RR put off an employee share scheme for a year last year (proposing a new type going forward) this is also in the AGM agenda and the existing share scheme matures in Feb 2025 obviously after the rights issue RR have a Hell of a lot of shares out there
All should go OK priorities at the moment are reliability issues with the HPT blades etc on the T1000
(Fixes are identified) and the XWB both programmes are governed by shop visits so will be an ongoing theme this year and next but RR are in a good place
I'm sat on only 20000 shares split in half between my share account and a Share dealing Isa I've used up this years tax allowance give or take believe it or not with an average of £1 this for me could be life changing depending on your definition!
My only Conundrum is when to sell £20000 worth to put in the Isa April 7th
Sorry all a "POP UP" made me post my last post:
Subscription changes
Under the current rules, you cannot subscribe to more than one ISA of each type per tax year. However, the government is lifting this restriction and from the new tax year you’ll be able to subscribe to multiple ISAs of the same type – except Lifetime ISAs.
Question does this mean we can open as many Share ISA's as we want?

Nice article the decision timeframes on SMR would be really helpful but still got the credit rating before, I live within a mile from RR nuclear in Derby and a large expansion of the site has commenced also RR are busy trying to recruit not only staff but the best talent in this field even advertising at Pride Park on matchdays (I've never seen this before) This could be more for the subs though as the Aussie PM visited last year, So things are happening from a boots on the ground point of view.
Enjoy the rest of your weekends all and may we all still prosper further!
