I agreed to buy the house on Nov 5th I believe the SP was around 11.50 so I'd be happy with that I'm 4 weeks into the process now so I suppose 8 weeks but it would be lovely before Christmas 🎄 to save me a little stress lol

Really could do with hitting that £10.90 support asap I've got to sell a tranche to buy our forever home i'm greatful for the chance that this share has given us but when the decision was made the share price was around £11.50-£11.60 so a few improvements on said property down the pan for now! Here's hoping we will be back to those lofty heights by Christmas

This rumour may not be far off the mark but of the 30 engines what workscopes do these engines have?

Ie: Legacy engines level 4 full strip and repair

Level 3 full strip and modules repaired or replaced

Level 2 check and repair

Level 1 serviceability check

In addition to this they may only need the aforementioned 04 work carrying out which is going well (HP blade supply not a problem up to now)

Another problem RR face is Airlines ability to supply the engines at the most efficient time to be overhauled so a double edged sword as I mentioned before BA are one of the customers (are always right?)

Or sling the mud when suits! Again this is just a reasonably well educated opinion

The situation as i understand it is that this years plan for refurbishment of engines is still on track (Derby only) certainly parts are currently a little threadbare but apparently the situation is well in hand mainly for the 04 module which is the HP turbine blade change which is a reasonably quick turnaround, unfortunately I cannot break that down just referring to BA engines what I can say that in my opinion BA have been deflecting a lot of their own issues onto RR so have probably lost a little patience in the short term dyor though

Well under way many more engine bays in Derby being used for MRO work at the moment, Capacity in Germany and France being opened up and work force in Derby being used in a migratory sense from Dept. To Dept. With also an intake of people from external sources this started in earnest end of November 2024
