Well RR and Tufan did their bit in 2024 and are setting up to put the " engine issues " right even as we speak!

Similar fix was applied to the Tornado engines the thing is sand and intense heat makes glass which believe it or not is extremely abrasive and blocks up all the minute cooling passages when cooled

I believe so yes regarding T1000

XWB is a different issue regarding Sand ingestion effecting cycles RR had a similar issue with the Tornado engines operating in desert areas and had to incorporate a design change then that sorted the problem but I'm not up to speed on the fix for the XWB

HP Turbine blades are manufactured in house the problem has been rectified and the blade facilities in Derby are working flat out 24/7 to meet demands, Delivery and maintenance is the defining thing here!

The engine needs firstly to be removed from the aircraft taken to an MRO Base and stripped almost completely (Module Wise) then a full strip to the module housing said blades "Every time a new set"

This in addition to the operators timescales creates the problem!
