Would they be that desperate ? FID would give a good boost to SP, might be better to keep the full award and a small dilution at the higher price ?

HappyInvestor100 - I'm not so sure the default position would be to sell the award. Why take all the years to achieve it and then sell it for half price ? They might be forced into to for funds, but that would be a disappointing outcome , but perhaps unavoidable.
