RE: New Zeus note out26 Feb 2026 19:49
The ”North Tin Zone” is significant: From the data presented in the RNS, the zone carries considerable width and grade – principally of tin. Representative downhole intersections1 include: 7m grading 0.67%tin (Sn) – 0.58% WO3Eq *; 8m grading 0.83%Sn (0.77%WO3.Eq*) including 2m grading 2.8%Sn (2.61% WO3.Eq*); amongst others that are listed in the RNS. These are wide zones with good grades which look like they could be mined by bulk underground mining methods. Could form a meaningful, mineable reserve: While it is early days, and this zone is not the principle economic driver for Redmoor, we can foresee underground development out to this zone and, depending on the prevailing tin price, the zone could be mined with tin recovered through the same circuit we expect for the Redmoor project. While we don’t want to speculate on the size of the potential resource to be modelled, SML state the North Tin Zone could “add a meaningful, tindominant, non-SVS resource in addition to the forthcoming SVS MRE update”. We await further updates with interest.
Zeus View: Redmoor still has its secrets to give up. We noted on a site visit the range of veins and structures outside the SVS and the Strategic team has now identified a continuous mineralised zone close to the SVS – a zone which may be accessible from the planned mining infrastructure and which could form a component of the mineable reserve. We expect this “North Tin Zone” to grow in size and expect it to be separated in the MRE update. We are excited about the future for Redmoor which we view as a growing, high-grade mineral deposit in SW England and continue to see a fair value at 4.8p/sh.
