Well I for one think we have contributed to a small rise, but the planet was always going to anyway. When there is ice on any pole, it means we are in an ice age. We are coming out of one and that was unavoidable, 10000 years ago the UK was under 1km of ice, and we are worried about 1.5 Deg ? What will that do ? Well, I remember the 1970s, 80s and 90s having crisp winter mornings for months and a snow season generally. Those are gone, but, has the sky fallen in ? The UK could do very well out of it, we might even be able to grow some grapes and make decent wine.
