This also provides a window for settlement in case the lawyers agree they need to settle.

What is a few months. Hopefully next news is recovery of the ICC1 debt and special dividend.

Good luck to ZEN next week (not that I think they need it). This case should be a replay of the first, the fact they won the first and owned the assets infers they had a license so hopefully a strong case.

Opening argument could be ‘Hi judge, this is just like ICC1 where you overwhelmingly ruled in our favour. Just so you know l, they haven’t paid and we are having to start recovery….’

Do you think the end of March is built in to current SP - it still feels low with the current prospects and so I am just trying to work out if the RNS is the catalyst for a move or it has been factored in?

End of month for ICC2 - decision Summer - so might be quiet for a while but they will get a feel of the case this month and if it goes same as ICC1 in terms of evidence then I would expect a reserved but confident investor update.

Fact AC has indicated an Special Divi on collection of the $9.7m indicates a trend and I would expect that the collection of any award on ICC2 would be slightly more straightforward due to who is paying.

Looks like big seller is done, Norway flat and we are catching up a little to parity. Maybe buying in to decision now with little selling may up the SP but I am more looking forward to ICC2 decision.

GarethUK. Thank you for the update and it is positive if they are to special divi off each claim rather than wait for the Big Bang approach.

ICC2 feels much better now and so the sell down today for me is now an opp. Just got to work out if I want to be more overweight here.

One question if can ask.

Did AC touch on how recovery of the $9.7m is progressing. Or a date as such but a sentiment. Are they willing payers or does it feel like a fight?

Ultimately you only realise money on your shares when you sell them whether in profit or loss.

If I entertain the inference that AC sold higher to buy back lower then it would be less than 20% at that volume. I do not believe this but if I run with it you have to then accept that in spite of this he has just put £500k on the table at 9.5p so expects a higher return. He could have gone all out on an ii raise or a PI raise and it would have got taken. But he out his money in this week.

So, whilst I don’t believe the inference, I would say it does not change the view of his confidence in winning and having more than 9.5p per share.

In terms of special divi. I expect some of the award (if ZEN wins) to be distributed as a special divi. Even if it isn’t the asset will be in the company and the SP will raise with that security.

So whatever way I look at both of these points I have evaluated that this is worth holding with a final hearing on ICC2 but then we await the decision. If that is positive then that bodes well for the final claim. Alternatively a settlement.

All investments are risks. I like the profile on this one personally.

That is the way I read it and he has created enough funding to not be backed in to a corner to do a deal.

Let's not forget - AC has just put £500k of his own money in at 9.5p and I think we can all agree he knows more than all of us about the potential value, base offers (if there are) from Tunisia and strength of case.

That is enough to give me confidence to see how this unfolds.

Liamvtr - each to their own but I disagree - they have already talked about a special dividend and I do not believe it would be that low. In addition - even if they did (which I do not think they will) then those assets would be reflected in the SP as it would be cash rich and the SP would rise

Anyway - we will feel the benefit of the award in one way or another but AC has not just bought 500k worth at 9.5p to get a 5% special dividend.

In total agreement SC. Just a short waiting game now.

Wednesday onwards may be interesting as it will tell us how the meetings go. If more ii’s get confidence from those meetings we may start to see more buying from them.

I did think there would be an RNS before the meetings so what else would be the point. I imagine AC wants to talk through the pathway on ICC2 and give ii's the opportunity to buy in prior to the end of Feb which I have no issue with as it will help the SP.

He will also want to explain the placing. I know placings are the scourge of AIM but the last two have been done at a value that continues to give some confidence - AC taking £500k at 9.5p is a new baseline - he is looking for multiples of that and so whilst everyone would have preferred not to have a placing at least we know a baseline SP and anyone buying between 9.5p and say 12p should have some confidence as AC isnt risking £500k for 20%.

It is getting interesting SC - like toothpaste out of the tube, it is not going back in now. For such a low number of shares in issue the actual trading volumes are huge.

The board is going to get busy now and so I will try and read the salient points and scroll through the rest but that is a symptom of an opportunity in the chat rooms.

Well done to anyone with an average below 5p and getting in earlier - I certainly hope you do well. For people looking at this now - depending on where this settles I think 60p to £1 is on - if the case does not get resolved, well that's the only bad outcome but all signals are that it is less likely now so happy to sit on my investment here.

None in Oslo - just sat on 500k shares here at an average of 6.4p and not selling one single share at the moment.

Sure others will have more / lower average - but I dont want to put any more exposure on one share at the moment. 50p would be just wonderful - £1 - well .......

Been reflecting on this. They cannot discuss anything that is not in the public domain. Deadline for timetable etc.. was 20th Jan.

So …. Are they close to news re ICC2 and so we will get an RNS before either meeting so the info can be discussed AND why would they put themselves in a room with major investors to discuss bad news……

When I have seen shares in the past dual listed then there has always been an equalisation at the start of trading. Saw this in ARB when on US market. If it went up 5% in US post UK trading it would open 5% up next day in UK.

Genuinely intrigued as to why this is not the case here. Is there a reason?

With a maximum (although it can always go up I suppose) award of $650m then this is £520m. There will be some costs etc... but if £460m is used then this would equate to an SP of between 110p and 120p I think.

Realistically - 60p with negotiation on the award will be an outstanding award so trying to keep my feet on the ground. Assuming they win cases 2 and 3 then 60p+ would be a 10x in any event.

If they win case 2 by the summer then I think that could move us easily to 25p easily with the award and confidence in the potential upside.

Then again we could enter the world of candy floss and be over £1 if it is all looking good!

I think there is a large range and the next RNS will start to show the value but it feels as though people are seeing this and buying is steadily happening now.

StockCheque. You are right. I don’t know that and it could be more. The point I was making is that even if it was a win with a special divi of 30p It would be a great result.

At the current claim amount or as you say, even more then I think this could be huge.
