Forgetting the claims the solar, uranium and our little gas venture should have us above current MCAP but it seems as though Oslo is starting to warm up to ZEN again this week. There will be anticipation of ICC2 annulment result and ICSID filings.

Next three months will either be stratospheric for the share or we will all be sitting here at 4p reflecting on what could have been.

Still sitting tight, a few blue days in Oslo will see UK catch up.

It is good that the application has been accepted so we are back on a timeline now. First half of next year will be interesting with ICSID and ICC2.

If ICC2 is annulled then that will be a very positive sign.

And no, not forgot about Congo …. But they were always the appetisers, I am back to waiting for the main course!

SC i think we are all on the same side. I just happen to believe the ICC2 ruling has put people off. There is an underlying business here which should be valued higher when the assets are producing, currently they are not.

Not pouring cold water on anything - I have not sold a share - but any significant move will be success in the annulment and success in ICSID. Recovery of the 10m will help the SP and a Congo win will also help the SP. If either happen then I see a creep up - but not a strong momentum climb.

With the Solar projects - if they come to production then the SP will raise on its own but the major catalyst to the SP is ICC2 and ICSID and positive results on these. That is all I am saying (and I believe GarethUK is but he can speak for himself).

If you believe that ICC2 will be annulled and / or ICSID will be positive then this is a bargain price and there is less than 9 months to find this out, hence I am not selling one share as I think the chances are high on that front from everything I have read.

We are all in wait mode now - the ICC2 decision has pulled a lot of money and the share price has reacted accordingly. We were all disappointed but I have sold a single share.

Like SC says - it is undervalued based on current assets and I do not think that even includes the ICC1 award (which does need to be collected).

We may see a small creep northwards as people return but the biggest catalyst for SP movement for me is if the ICC2 annulment is a success - it will just give more credence to the claim.

ICSID and ICC2 will be the ones to put a rocket under the SP but they are likely to be Q2 next year so sit on my hands time for me and not worry about it.

We do need to be balanced - we only have 0.2 MWp producing at the moment. We are buying capacity but it will not be online for some time. The 10 MWp announcement will be read to build within the next twelve months. The time from Ready to Build to Production is unknown and so it may be 2027 before it generates revenue which will be long after the three arbitration cases are resolved in one way or another (Congo, ICC2 Annulment and ICSID)

Happy that this is now building as a company for the long term but the road is quite some way away and I would want recover of ICC1 monies to fund anything further.

I do think the current MCAP is an over reaction in any event. Logically there is a revenue generating company in solar here with one litigation claim that has been won @ 10m, another in the congo with a result due for ~10m and that is unassociated to tunisia and so is independent. ICSID is a different legal argument in a different jurisdiction and it does not matter what the countries GDP is it is what the losses that can be proven are.

We are all disappointed this week and there is no getting over that - but now we have to see IF we can get an annulment in 6 - 9 months and I do mean IF as nothing is guaranteed.

So I am going to remain optimistic and invested and will follow this through to the end of 2026.

Forget ramping or deramping - extreme disappointment with the decision. The irregularities referred to could not have been talked about prior to decision to ensure it would not have influenced the decision (courts do not like being criticised) but there is nothing to lose now on that front hence AC and legal being verbal about it and lodging the annulment request.

I read 6 - 9 months for annulment then 6 - 9 months for decision if annulment accepted- so all told end of 2026 if it goes our way.

It is July 2025, 18 months from here it will all be clear - I can wait that long to see if this is a success or not and have not put the house on it I just judged that in the balance there was more chance of success than failure but nothing is ever guaranteed.

Fortunately I am not too bad as average price was below 9p but this, whatever anyone wants to say is hugely disappointing and so decision is to stick with it now or get out. The price wont drop much further IMO as solar + $10m + two cases support the new MCAP I think but what do I know, I thought they would win ICC2.

Rather than attack each other people should make their own decisions and not use decisions like this to either gloat and attack the gloaters. It is an unfortunate part of human nature and modern social media (which this is!)

SC - this is feeling very positive now.

Literally weeks (or days) to go and just need to sit on our hands now - I simply cannot overload any more shares into my ISA :-) so will just await the outcome now.

If the award is close to $200m which is £146m with the already £10m in the bank the SP doubles on that and then there is solar and whatver the market prices in to the ICSID claim so I would not be shocked at a 4x to 5x on the full award - we would all probably take 3x but you never know.

Not long now - and Oslo certainly likes it today!

I agree SC. Personally I would have thought about selling on the ICC1 debt. Possible have got £2.5m to £4m for that. It is only the appetiser and a different debtor which you could argue is more difficult to collect.

That would have been sold to me much better as no dilution and money in the bank now. I don’t care about a divi from ICC1. It was the proof point for ICC2 and ICSID which are the main event for me.

I am with you, this is going to be a good summer for those in ZEN and I have quite a few! Just would have preferred another route.

Hmm… okay. This will hopefully all be insignificant in short order. AC has indicated that this will be the last one before the result of ICC2.

I looked at this last week and finally decided to buy in yesterday and I am sat on just over 2.5m shares now, this seems to be undervalued by a long way for a junior miner with actually resource in the ground to extract now. The update this morning is more fortuitous than anything for me but there is a plan now and with only 9 weeks to the end of that plan it looks like we can move forward.

The challenge here as news flows will be holding my nerve from this point. With such a small share float seemingly available this will move quickly on news but I cannot see a bottom (other than a fold which I don't see) so a good base to start from.

Hello to the board - I don't post often but I am looking forward to the next three months and hopefully BoD deliver and NTVO gets some positive momentum now.

PAT is simply behind ZEN in the process (I am in both) and so longer to go there. Just released SOC versus awaiting decision here. Just timing, I think it is down because people have waited for the bounce and took profits as they want to put there money to work elsewhere. Always happens.

IMO both are good investments, but ZEN should crystalise rapidly over the summer.
