So we are on Working Day 8 since the application went in to OTCQB. ARB started trading on WD10 which would be this Friday. Not sure if ARB going from OTCPNK to OTCQB shortened the process or not. If not we are very close.

Another good day closing in on 30p.

How great would Friday be to list on OTC - we would be able kick off the day and then US on line for 1/2 trading day without us post UK close and then a full day on Monday as we will be closed and they will be open hopefully demanding shares sending the bid up with the UK shares tied in. Makes you think the MMs would have to collect hard on Friday in anticipation.

Agreed - these boards are at its best when companies are just growing on the verge. Everything is clear in the RNS releases and we have comparators in ARB and KR1 with OTC listing. Very rich newsflow two weeks ahead I would have thought - end of May the SP will look very different.

We may get the flood to the board at that point and it is something to tolerate unfortunately for getting in early on the opportunity.

liam - totally agree - said this before. Why would you place now with OTC and Tokens imminent - let the SP settle and then place at a higher value (less dilution) so I expect no placing in the next month and even then it will depend on what money is needed. If they are going to buy new miners then yes, but I still think this is a bit of a sideshow and can wait and grow slowly - it is the NFTs that matter to me.

We do have to be real on the board - I am expecting £1 now on OTC listing - but it will be what it will be and placings are not always bad - so no need for us to worry about one, I think it will now be to grow the company in the right direction.

45 trades today and 18 are since 12 noon - hopefully a good afternoon for volume.

Yep - I must stop accumulating now - seen these messages before and thought yep - really ?!?! But I am.

Stopped now - my last one has just gone through at 25.8p - averaged up from my 9p original buy but it will be worth it.

Agree - ARB was more liquid in UK also (main listing) so you will see MMs gradually push SP up for US open collecting shares, then trade until UK shuts, the US went up after close as they ran out of shares and there was a UK gap up the next morning. This went on for about two weeks until it settled about £1.40ish for a while.

I am holding my VLRM tickets until this pattern levels out at a minimum - could be two days could be ten days but 64million shares is just a tremendous position to be in if the US latches on to VLRM quickly.

Not predicting any price (more than 30p :-)) - it will be what it will be what it will be and we will know in a few weeks.

Trade it on HL, EQi and ii from what I know - mainly Fill or Kill orders as Aquis.

Looks like a 27p finish (+12.5%) and a quiet board - perfect - another couple of these before OTC listing will do nicely.

MJT - Agreed - they were out in force when a load of warrants were exercised on ARB - doesnt help people - its as if they get a kick out of it.

So it is - they will probably say the world is going to end now! At least the £1 party fund is in place now for VLRM to fund it :-)

Before the negative herd arrives - less than 1% and has been said so many times before - the BoD do not get a say as to when Warrants are exercised - it is the Warrant holder that decides ........

Agree - some people think all there is to the crypto space is Bitcoin - see Bitcoin going and all crypto related stocks fall. Doesn't change the fundamentals of what VLRM is doing (or others for that matter). Indicative of a space heavily populated by emotionally driven PIs who see a drop in one of the leading commodities over three days and think the world is coming to an end and sell out.

Not sure the crypto space is for some PIs - how do they sleep over the weekend whilst all the crypto exchanges remain open?

Could agree more - nice consolidation around 25p - few pence either side means shares move to sticky hands at this level - another 470k today. Let this continue and there wont be any at this price when OTC listing comes and there will then be a natural re-rate.

Also - good to see a quiet board today.

si_farr - I think there is a step back needed (from all of us)

Every PI invests their own money and they are responsible for that so I often get annoyed when 'others' are blamed as people bought in high and got spiked etc... You should never buy anything you do not believe in in this world and even if you do it can (and a lot of times) goes wrong as we are not running things we are buying in to strategies / risk / expertise and so people have to make their own judgement. Tesco / Lloyds etc.. are all more proven / safer investments in a lot of ways but wont give the returns - the adrenaline comes from identifying early stage companies and having winners and growing your portfolio - not 5% per annum in a tracker.

Your post just came across as totally negative to the board.

I only post on boards I am invested in and dont invest in any shares I havent read up on and believe will give me a return.

I have not posted on Argo for a while as I dont have any left there and think it is only fair to let the investors discuss the company.

These boards are useful as reference points and that is all but please be constructive not emotive and if you arent invested I dont think it helps trying to come across as the guardian of people who may invest without research - they should not really be investing in the first place.

ERFC - this has been covered off.

It has been confirmed there are no immediate plans for a placing in an interview on Sunday (Zak Mir Sunday Roast) by CEO himself.

Also - you would never place until you thought you either (1) needed to - they dont and (2) SP was at is best place to do so as the BoD would be liquidating their own shareholding.

I have said before - I think that if they want to grow quickly then there may be a placing but not for some time as they will want to benefit from the re-rate in OTC first.

Never say never, but that's how I see it.

This is the start, this company has totally changed its focus and is delivering on everything it has committed. It is the fact that the infrastructure is in place and can be built on. This is a start up - not a mature company. If you want to invest in a mature miner there is RIOT or ARB but they have had their journey will increase but wont 5x / 10x bag.

ARB is quality - I was in there - but they went from being small mining pool to one which listed on OTC / diversified into Pluto and increase hashrate over time - sound familiar.

Have I mentioned only 64m shares and Vinay Gupta on board - think I have ...

See of buys - about 111 trades all day yesterday - 57 so far today and RNS only been out 30 minutes - live price as well (31p)

42,000 shares sold at 9:19 for 24p - people need to look at the history - VLRM dont believe in dropping 7am RNS'

I reckon OTC will come mid morning also.

So much going on now and the plan is being executed so I am a firmer hold than I was yesterday.
