So no RNS on LSE for them.

You can look there, on VLRM website or if you have level 2 on ADFVN open you get alerts when they are published.

Totally agree - even if people become aware of the share then they have to accept kill or fill or put more effort in to buying so get put off as not instant like LSE. OTCQB can be bought on line easily so accessibility will grow and US gets Crypto and Blockchain.

The problem US will have is getting hold of shares (64 million - just keep that in mind) if UK holds on to them and so we have an interesting month ahead. Might take a week to settle down in US as the daily re-rates happen to align until we know the true level but it will be more exciting than owning some of the FTSE 100 crawlers for sure!

It would be a cherry on a rather large cake and would make next week monumental. M

Gillin - the best thing is to continue to consolidate at higher levels pre OTC - all shares moving across the pond will push us further up. If we can push to 40p+ tomorrow with similiar volume we will have another very good day. UK shareholders need to cotton on to the fact that on the first day of OTC trading there will be 0 shares to churn over there so the tighter they hold the higher the SP. Having originally thinking I would be satisfied with 50 - 60p I can now see much more short term potential.

We just need a steady boat until OTC and if that takes another week or so and we can gradually climb this month then everything will be just peachy! No surprise RNS - only tokens and OTC please in May.

2% of company changed hands at this level who are no doubt buying with OTC in mind so will ride the wave - aka sticky hands.

10m with DL, 4m with RP I believe - plus other large holders - nice sticky hands.

The free float available is reducing daily as we speak - I thought spike to 40p was a bit much today and expected it to rest back at 35p - but 37.5p - superb!

Welcome back Jungmana. The reference were crypto and defi peers like KR1 COIN and ARB. All of which have had an OTC listing with a similar impact.

If you don’t believe in the upside from OTC here and the NfT pedigree in Vijay then I guess you shouldn’t buy any shares in VLRM.

Sunday roast was outstanding for VLRM I think. Listened to the whole hour and they kept coming back to VLRM. DL did a great job but the other contributor even explained it and talk of the NFT future. Sitting on my hands has never been so easy!

Don’t trust anyone on these boards mate and that includes me. We could all be keyboard warriors. Trust yourself with what you can glean. I use these boards to share ideas and get more understanding but ultimately I have seen too many sure things in the last year to know nothing is a sure thing.

I am in and to the tune of over 100,000 shares as I think this will do well but please ensure you are happy with your investments. There are a lot of good people one here but no one really knows anyone.

Relax Rambino. The speculation on OTC is based on others coming to market in the same way. In the hands of approvals but I always have thought sometime in May. Today would have been the absolute earliest. So anytime from here on in. The sponsors have taken COIN, KR1 and COIN to OTC and so chilled about it. It will come when it comes but can’t see it being June.

Looks like a 30p close with a final trade bang on the bell. Excellent base for next week - very low volume today (505,300) - so positions have been taken.

Next week could be fun - token or OTC news or both - I think we will get at least one.

I use ADFVN - AQSE Level 2 is free and shows where the MMs are at - you just need an account setting up (free). I dont post on there - just use it for the free level 2 on AQSE.

Have just nudged up their bid / ask - trying to get some more shares. It is like they are managing it as they dont know what demand they will get and so are really loath to take it either way at the moment.

San - you were right first time - Application actually went in on 19th April (RNS)

ARB applied and started trading on WD10 and today is WD10 so we are close - the only thing I do not know is if ARB going from OTCPNK to OTCQB shortened the process or not.

Said previously I can sit on my hands until end of May but think it will be much sooner - also - didnt sit on my hands this week as I bought more at 25.8p.

Morning - not sure anyone has a number in mind, more and order of magnitude to compare against once OTC listing is there and probably this is based on three factors:

1. ARB and KR1 did 5x - 7x in a few weeks of dual listing as the US do appreciate the crypto area more
2. CWRKS is a comparator - slightly behind VLRM I think but 5x MCAPish (ICBU below another comparator - 2x)
3. Vinay Gupta - the others do not have a co-founder of Ethereum and we do and I hope the US really gets that

So we have 30p now - I think 50p will be easily achievable - if it rockets then £2 is not really too distant as only £128m MCAP at that so about $180m MCAP - which is a premium of CWRKS but CWRKS peaked at $180m MCAP on the initial run.

The other thing we have going for us is only 64m shares in issue and a lot in very sticky hands.

Still do not get why UK hasnt latched on to these key facts as the MCAP is nothing compared to US peers.

And yes, you can read in to this that I am bullish about the OTC listing effect but wont put a price on it.......

comek2 - you can have shares with barclays either through a transfer (ISA etc..) or if you bought them pre-january.

In January a number of brokers followed some guidelines on buying crypto and applied it to shares in companies in the crypto space as the the government decided that PIs may actually lose money on the volatility of crypto as we dont understand it ..... not that we get burnt on other equities ..... however institutions can continue.

So Barclays (and others) wont let you buy any more but you can sell what you have.

I havent had the problem as my broker (EQI) continue to allow me to buy equities in the Crypto space.

Not really - you are in control - you tell them the price you are prepared to pay and most brokers dont really do that to you. I had my last Fill or Kill at 27p with HL this week and got it executed at 25.8p.

The real downside is that if you look at the SP and go a penny above for example and the share is moving quickly you wont get your order fulfilled as there is a lag to them receiving and trying to execute and so it may fail, you may find out 30 minutes / an hour later and by then the share could have moved through the gears and you are having to Fill or Kill at a higher rate so chasing the price on the way up (and the way down).

So I always look at level 2 on ADVFN and try and Fill or Kill orders a couple of pence above VLRM (not sold yet) and havent had an issue and have never paid my maximum price.
