@Pmoran nice work
@chloechaos, only point i'd pick you up on is Asos. I think you mean that Generation X Gen Alpha is what Boo Hoo has tapped into not the millennials, although granted there is some cross over, anyway back to Asos. Boo Hoo is not appealing to the same customers, may i suggest, carefully!!! that a young teen from Manchester is not the same as a young girl/boy from the the more Southern Counties of the UK, this is the REAL issue with Boo Hoo that they must address, they are appealing to a very narrow spectrum of Gen X and Gen Alpha, if you go onto Asos you will see carefully selected brands that they have aggregated to compliment and not conflict with their own buy, over the years they have honed this down to perfection, in fact as we all know until recently they offered BH, they u/s it does not conflict with much of their own offer. Boo Hoo is still very very one dimensional, if anything it is probably competing with Primark more than anyone, of course they have brought in tired old brands that have been in trouble to counter this, so far though there is very little movement on them and it does take a min of 6 months but they need to start employing buyers that are not stuck in the B/H Manchester wanna be Cheshire set Bubble if they are to start to appeal to a broad spectrum like Asos does. I think Boo Hoo has 3 to 4 very good years in it, but this is the fashion industry it is incredibly fickle they need to carry on reinventing themselves and broaden their appeal. As i have said before and i'll say it again JL is a stella guy and he will know this so i do believe that in the end they will be more than just a Towny in yer face brand but they still have someway to go. BTW watch out for Asos results i think they are going to be very impressive, tricky to know if this is already being priced in tho to both B/H and Asos price!!!
