You guys really need to stick to your understanding of the traders and all that involves share understanding which in fairness i think you do, altho perhaps sometimes disagree. Please do not try and analyse fashion, with due respect you havent got a clue, Shein is a Chinese Co with zero u/s of what a girl in Newcastle or Exeter wants and what she wants in many things not just price, Asos and B/H are right here right now of the moment and they will be for at least the next 2 to 3 years. Asos have ticked just about every box, there demographic and appeal is wide, they even offered what you guys call the competition on their own pages (suspended granted) but they are honed machine, B/H are narrow, they may have a issue if they do not sort this out but JL and Board know this and will and are addressing to change the dynamic of their offer, but as i mentioned before they need to get out of their Cheshire bubble and B/H H/O to attract buyers from London that don't want to move up Norf and have a better u/s of different markets than they do, btw i u/s thay have opened a London Office for this, If you want to look at the competition then look towards the UK indie Brands that are very quietly coming up, these are the guys more likely to chip away at the like of B/H and Asos, take a look at Lucy and Yak, expensive but its starting to get noticed, not by you !!! but by the demographic of Asos and B/H, once volumes increase prices will reduce. Shein let it go, it's Sh*t on every level.
