Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Gotta give it to bigbench. Bull**** ramping this since April. That takes motivation.
Oh dear.
The only person who has exposed themselves as a nutter is you. A far-right nutter.
Now back to GDR...
Oneknows, do you want to make Britain great again?
As I said, lets keep this to GDR talk.
I assumed the ‘allah4uk’ name was actually mocking Muslims.
And your “nutty jihadi wannabe..” post doesn’t come across well either.
Let’s stick to discussing GDR before there is any falling out.
The mcap increase in 2020 could be due to the product, not sales. GDR didn’t have this product before Covid.
When the share price reached £3 in May that was, I think, with sales priced in. As expectations of sales dampened the SP went down. That’s why I think current SP reflects a good product with no sales. If sales orders confirmed then we could see £3+ which is what the SP reached in April on expectation but no confirmation of sales.
But we shall see...
GDR have a product, and a market cap of £60m.
NCYT too have a product, and a marker cap of £800m.
The difference between the two companies is that NCYT, as first movers, have sales orders.
I assume investors in GDR think GDR too will soon have confirmed orders. If that happens then then share price will go up accordingly. Even if GDR market cap is half of NCYT that would make SP around £6.
What is reassuring is that the current share price doesn’t have sales orders already priced in.
Oh dear. Sounds like Hewhodares didn’t get any tonight.
I, for one, want to hear more about Eva’s date. She’s the only one around here with any banter.
Agreed.
I will take my full allocation. 1/37 is tiny...but every little helps.
The way I see it, it is win win for us shareholders. We get shares at a good price at 175p and the company gets money coming in. If we were asked to buy additional shares well above the current market SP that would be a different story. 175p is a sensible and fair placing price.
Lol the people selling at this price are not doing it to buy in the placing at 175p. We have basically hit placing price now. Any trades at this point are just general buys and sells anyone hoping to flip the placing shares will have already done so.
TR-1s will be interesting. £80m is a lot of money. Will have to wait and see which ii bought in.
What happened to this?
What f*uckery is going on in this forum?!
I popped in for updates and find this nonsense..
The chap is clearly over-compensating for something..
Anyone else wondering what happened to the £5m buy from a few days ago? No TR-1 yet
At this point we might as well let it hit 175p and bounce off. Very little point in resisting it.
Exactly two weeks ago the share price was 150p. So 175p now and moving upwards over the next few months is good progress. And now with £80m in the bank...
I’d check price on London Stock Exchange website. It’s delayed about 15-30 mins. So 5pm see what price is showing there. I think 200p close..
I’ve seen some badly done placings. Sometimes huge discounts on price offered to ii, which screws over pi. Especially on AIM placings are often badly done.
But this SNG placing doesn’t seem to me to be a typical AIM job. Very reasonable price. Share price was around 30p not so long ago. Share price was £1.50 last week. It is £2 now. So getting £80m for £1.75 is really well done IMO.
That’s a lot of money, which the company needed to move to the next stage. If not placing where else would that money come from? If it was government funding or pharma partnership that would come with strings attached.
It’s looking stable.
And there is actually not a huge difference between 175p and 200p.
Remember when GDR share price was £3 and they had a placing for 80p? Now that was a joke.
Here SNG have played a blinder by getting ii to put in £80m for £1.75 when the share price even last week was below that.
Similar pattern to yesterday. Started the day below £2, finished £2.26.
Except today we are £80m richer and news of lots of progress made.
This Monday share price opened at £1.68. Today £1.98. That’s not a bad 4 days.
For those who are invested here long term daily movements matter little.
“derampers don't have a clue how big this could be”
I disagree. I think derampers know how big this could be. That is precisely why they are deramping. They aren’t good Samaritans on the internet offering free advice to other investors. They want a cheaper entry point which they can only get if other pi are willing to sell to them.
