technick - if you bought at £2.85 some years ago, I have absolute respect for you. None of my comments are targeted at such shareholders.
It’s the rampers who’ve just bought in at 50p last month, de risked and now sitting on massive profit but trying to suck in others that I’m replying to. You can see the sort of messages on this forum which are designed to ramp! It’s not just GDR, of course (ODX lot are even worse).
But the share price did drop 50%. It was 300p before placing RNS, it is now 150p.
Because it is unpleasant to see those who got in under £1, currently on a good profit, having a go at people who are currently on a loss.
People on this GDR forum need to play nice.
I will consider buying if sp goes to 80-100p. I’m sorry but if the directors and institutional investors are not willing to pay more than 80p then nor am I.
It looks like a lot of you rampers on this board also got in when sp was under £1, so stop lecturing the poor souls who paid more than double the placing price. Don’t tell them to stop being impatient when you yourself are already sitting on a healthy profit.
Levs, now tell us you sold at £2.20 and bought back at £1.60!
This is what you wrote on this forum on 6 May 2020:

Day trading not recommended

You might be lucky and make a few % trying to trade the dips in the very very short term but I wouldn’t dream of selling now to try and make a fast ****ty few quid.
I’ve got a decent holding and will not take any risk of reducing my inevitable Jack pot. When this takes off it will go at pace which will happen anytime now. Those who are out will have to pay a premium to get back in.
Imagine being able to walk in to a casino knowing your going to win. Well this is that casino!
Thank you

Just breathtaking! People can read your previous posts to see what you have been saying which completely contradicts what you did. So you are telling people not to sell, yet you yourself sold at £2.20.
Yet people are having a go at me...
Why were they not willing to pay more than 80p?
BGF buy 1.5 million (!!) shares at 80p.
Chief Executive Officer David Budd buys 25,000 shares at 80p.
Non-Executive Chair Ian Gilham buys 12,500 shares at 80p.
CFO Matthew Fowler buys 12,500 shares at 80p.
How is the placing old news?
The 10 million new placing shares at 80p will enter the market on 28 May 2020.
From late June you can say the placing is old news.
Look at the first message directed at me at 08:21. I had not posted on this forum today before then. That was gratuitous abuse.
You can't hurl abuse and then be irritated when I reply.
Look at all the absurd ramping on here. Designed to manipulate share price. But personally I doubt any of these ramblings on forums actually move sp.
There is so much anger and aggression on GDR forum. Don’t see this on other forums. Your anger is with your own directors, not me.
Wait, why am I getting abuse now? I haven’t posted anything today.
Boys say a prayer for me....hoping for good news re my placing order.
If I can get 10k at 80p, I’ll join the ramping, ok.
I see RNS landing any minute now. Take over possible? GSK is £20, so GDR should be at least £10. You’d a fool not to be in here.
Amiright?
I accept payment in Kitkats
Usual characters will tell you it will be a blue day tomorrow, RNS coming, we’ll hit £4 soon...you can pay off your mortgage...
Everyone should scroll back and read messages from 4p to 4.30pm.
See this is is called ramping. Trying to drive price up into close. Try to create frenzy. Make people think they need to buy quick before close. Generate FOMO.
Some of you here are consciously or subconsciously willing the spread of the virus so you can make money from pharma stock.
So don’t take the moral high ground and give me abuse...we’re all here to make money.
Speak to your broker, the finncap deadline is today. Looks like HL are still taking orders for shares at 80p.
Everyone who succeeds in getting some shares in placing and institutional investors buying million shares at 80p, will make a decent profit with minimal risk.
Good luck
People can do their own research. I’ve mainly said what’s contained in RNS and previous messages on this forum.
This ridiculous ramping is completely baseless. Predictions that we would be £4 last week - those posters who were making these predictions were never called out for making absurd predictions....I wonder why
Two points:
1. I already said if ordered through placing at 80p. And if sp dipped below £1, I would consider it as a short term flip. I would not be willing to take the risk above £1.
2. I do not think my messages on a forum move share price.
There is some absolutely bonkers ramping on here. I suspect many of those who are ramping got in cheap, already de-risked by selling their original investment and are now on a free ride.
