With this company it is more important that you know the companies history and more importantly the person in control.
Anyone only looking at the balance sheet only would run a mile, however it is crucial to understand the company's history over the last 10 years minimum and to fully appreciate the qualities of the person running it and his vision for the future and the massive potential that brings with it!

Have i missed the first Court Hearing in my thoughts? Is it actually assumed that the first one in the procedure is that of 'kick starting' the proceedings following the death and that has now occurred and next week IS hearing No.2?

yes i agree with you... next week is the first of two projected hearings: The Court will agree a first hearing to restart the proceedings and allow the heirs of the
defendant to agree to an appearance in court. At that hearing, the Court will agree a
second and final hearing.

However, if you delve through the achieves you will find that it is FG's opinion that a settlement could be reached. If that does not happen it does indeed seem that because of the death, a final award could be 6 months away....

FG has always remained very confident of a successful outcome to the Legal action that culminates (after many years hard work )on the 10th in the Court of Venice. An award next week of anything near the 7.7mEuro's that the expert has guided compensation at, will take the current SP and give it a massive injection of steroids in the Boll**ks and could be the catalyst for movement towards 10p.
