This week they should hit oil, then straight to producing. 1st drill is most important, every other development and drill can also bring more revenue and possibilities next few years as they stated.

But for this company its all about this weeks drill results and testing. Proven oil, insider buys, insiders moving to pension ( Has to be because we hit good oil), youtube videos and IG stating lots of things to come and generate income, weather lies or not. There is too much positives for this company and drilling to fail when so much has been proven.

Good luck to all, lots of good blue buys last Friday we went up 20%. Now if we just hit oil we should be a proper company and producing/generating income. Fingers crossed!

I hope others who invested in the previous dusters when beacon was under a new name, make their money back on this drill or future drills.

But your 4 bullet points on selling 50k tonnes revenue, receipts assets and development funding to increase, shows its not all gloom a doom and there are many positives also.

This stock is way to risky/could go bankrupt or cease to exist.

They will either dilute shareholders more, or even if the production of spodumene concentrate did start in June, and they sort out CANMAX Debt and make revenue they still need more money! Where will this come from?

Is this not a major red flag? Company will be gone unless they make money from somewhere even diluting shareholders?

Last 5 years this has been a 1p-60p stock, why it drop so much? If we get diamonds and other developments we can go above 1p again or even 60p?

Keep reading posts here saying bankrupt or capital raises etc, 8 million debt etc. But if we get diamonds and have a good future this company will be 50x bagger would it not?

So just to understand this correctly, Heron and LP which is now sorted and will bring income and revenue we should expect 25p according to their poster. What time frame would this be? When Heron producing?

If velociraptor fails we are going down to 3p again and then back to 20p+ because we will be getting Heron production? So we everyone wins and no dilution, therefore share price goes up regardless?

You would think all insider buys happened when new company started or just before drilling. Anyway lets see what happens this is the month, either we all get rewarded or its all lies.

Its 90% win for us in my opinion, the 2p reserves, the proven oil, the interviews on youtube IG and LSE. I just cant see failure unless its all lies and they have history of it before, but this time theres too many positives to fail. They said many times they will produce from well straight away end of July/august, as long as nothing bad happens e.g delays or something else.

Below I picked a crucial part of the RNS today:

“Assuming success, this well has the scope to deliver a step-change in the Company's production and cash flow”.

Assuming success, I think its very certain its going to be success. Unless equipment failure, delays or total lies.

RNS stated certified 2P net reserves of 3.85 mmbbl and a 2C net contingent resource base of 22.96 mmbbl, located across four core assets in Germany.

So the share price will go up once market sees drill has worked. Till then this will keep going up and down, I am locked in at 0.0011p happy and waiting!

No reason it should even hit 0.0008p, When we started drilling we was around 0.0015-0.0013. This is shorts and high selling at work, no ones really buying they are holding.

Beacon is active on twitter this month with analyst coverage info and picts when visiting site, we got news of some type of oil few days ago and german oil news linked to beacon. We know theres proven oil there, RNS stated its quality is adequate or thereabouts ages ago.

So again unless this drill fails equipment wise or there is delays extracting oil, testing fails for some reason so they cant go production as they stated in 2 interviews one here is still advertised on Lse.

How could we go lower? How could we even be at 0.0008? Makes no sense either big shake or all lies. Lets see next couple weeks.

Exactly, but again no one on this board can state what the drawback really is, way to many positives and potential which is already proven so how can there be a Duster?

90% likely Positives:

1) IG interview and Youtube + This website showing interview stating proven reserves.

2) Production will happen after drill from first well.

3) Analyst coverage completed initially and second one happened went last week. End of of July/August is time for news.

4) Fully funded because of raise from shareholders and discounted share price we are getting.

4) Insider buys, especially recent one which maybe not a lot but was at 0.0017p. So if nothing else we should be above this next 2 months, we all made profit even if small-medium depending on how much you put in.

Negatives:

1) Equipment failure (highly unlikely) or delays but either can happen so is fine, drilling will continue. Could result in another raise, but at this 0.0009-0.0010 don't think so, this is last resort actions of delays or failures.

2) Bad track record in past and lies, but if this is all lies after stating on youtube, IG and this website no one will trust them again and everything they are stating in RNS cant be made up, neither can that there is oil in Germany. So makes no sense to lie.

The two interviews Beacon energy did on IG and youtube and featuring on LSE page. Literally stating analyst and proven reserves. Stating theres been Oil there since 80s and 90s, stating huge discount, stating important triggers will happen soon, stating will be producing from this well in 2 and half months back in April once drill starts in June.

I mean what downside is there? Unless its all lies? I only see huge potential 90% success, 10% failure in my opinion. No ramping or De-ramping, I literally don't see anything bad unless it all fails, but how could it?

Its like saying going to a poor country 30 years ago finding a gold mine but cant extract it or have permission to do so. 30 years later a company gets permission to drill and extract. Once they do they make revenue and profit. So unless the equipment fails or they do further raises, but they have already done it and are fully funded for this operation!

The video beacon energy did with IG UK was informative. Weather its the truth or lies, seemed very genuine to me. Also the beacon energy guy seemed very nice and graceful, maybe i am trying to find positives but just seemed like a nice guy saying everything below here make your own mind up:

He said they did the 6 million raise so they can self fund and undertake development program. They said funds are for the well. Capacity to manage 2000 pounds of oil and its a football field size. 3 conductor pipes which is first part of drilling.

Mid June, rig will be there and 25 days to well. 12 days to test this well, then additional 12 days after de-rigged to go back to facility.

When they get to peak production, 2p reserve. NVP is 55 million dollars. 85 dollar barrel, 55 dollar is operating margin, so its valuable barrels according to the guy.

Facility is on top of field so they can export it instantly. 3.8 million barrels in single segment they are developing that have been audited, theres a second sector there as well they will develop.

Has MPV of 55 million dollars, saying all companies give discounts but beacons discount is very large.

Also in the video they said a important trigger is going to happen and in 6 weeks they will be spudding this well. Then 2 and half months after this they will be producing with this well, and this will change the value description of beacon on the market.

So if you believe everything that has been stated, we not even mid June yet so nothing to worry about either add more or keep what you got. I will be waiting for this important “trigger” to happen the way the guy worded it. Then wait till august for the result and if income comes from these Wells like they stated we all making good money. The way the guy stated all this its like it will all be positive and work, thats the way i felt.

So professional just to understand what you was saying. 1p is 100 mill shares, theres 10 billion shares that was handed out

So we are looking at 0.0020p - 0.01p (1p) - 0.05p (5p) which can be achieved run up to drill, between drill or after drill result is positive?

If all negative we are going to 0.0005p? Correct?

Right now we are 0.0010p.

What is the fair price? Realistic? Considering this discounted shares NVP x4. What is this discounted price, what is the original share price supposed to be?

So if the insider/director brought 0.0017, are we saying leading up to drilling we could be getting around 0.0020-0.0030 share price, if drilling successful and profitable then over 1p or more?
