This was a 20p- 30p average stock price before dilution and bonds came in right? Regardless of JV or production increase happening.

If they increase production end of this month as promised and the GGS is coming online, we should go up maybe 1p- 2p.

Jv comes we go up a lot maybe 5p-10p or more depending on whats said.

If bonds stop completely or a slow down + production increase and GGS online then for definite we should or could see 20p-30p again or more I would expect.

I think thats a fair analysis, bonds is the main issue though we all know that.

So far all i can see is lots of sells today, is this a shake or manipulation? Or some people know news already? We nearly half way through the week!

Going to be interesting next few days. I guess People can still get out before Friday if no news come by Thursday to avoid any type of risk, which is fair enough.

Its a development well, known assets and resources, past companies produced oil from. For heavens sake the time its taking, feels like every day is a week long, its like we going to Alaska and drilling a hole middle of nowhere and it requires time and patience.

Its Germany and Very Low risk Well! They know whats there with so many wells they want to produce from.

Drill success which should be high probability regarding everything we know. So unless they just started re-drilling on the weekend and took 3-4 days to clean, I am expecting RNS news within 2 days.

Regardless of the bonds and dilution. Even though in 6 months we are down from 15p. This price is amazing for any new investors and should look into buying.

2018-2020 the share price was between 58p-6p at lowest, only hit 3p in 2020 because of covid-19 then blasted to 40p in the same year.

Then 2022 share price blasted to 80p because of peak production which is what they stated in RNS they are going back to in the coming months in 2023.

1p or 2p this is the best price to buy this stock. Is it going to go under 1p? If it does might as well go bankrupt and kill all the shareholders. Does anyone see that happening? Except the trollers or long time holders who are bag holding double digits with hatred and want this stock to go bust.

Short term high chance of JV and peak production incoming, Basically share price will go higher so people will make money who buy at 1p-2p, just hold and wait. I hope it goes double digits so the ones stuck in the 15ps, 20ps or higher can break even or make a little profit thats the best they can hope for.

Stock trading is risk and reward. Reward is too good with all the RNS news we are getting, 10p-30p possible due to broker notes and production level increases. Also the letter of intent for JV, huge bonus if that goes according to plan and COPL gets this amazing partner they could of wished for.

Forget about JV for a moment, the letter of intention is great news. Forget about 1-2 years or good or bad future.

Whats the highest share price we can get to within the next few months e.g till end of 2023 if they are trying to replicate the 2021 production?

Is it suggesting we can get back to 30p-80p again? But with the bonds and dilution, would this be halved so expecting at least double digits?

Normally big RNS on drilling success and oil found from what I seen and normal standard time is Monday and Friday, considering beacon communicated just last Monday.

So far Monday nothing, could be this afternoon. We should get it by Friday latest of course as they said Sometime next week. Or they are waiting for Friday end of the week to give the big news.

We all know this is double digits minimum, no idea when though thats the issue right? I cant tell anymore because this chat is so toxic because of a certain flying animal, i find it difficult to find a normal person with normal views.

We know Velicop failed, We are awaiting some kind of progressive RNS. Monday news will be told on this chat according to a annoying guy, who speaks in caps-lock and is still writing on other boards even though we told him to stop it.

He is the only one with this information and no one has access or knowledge? Is this person a GOD who gets divine messages? Or has inside knowledge? Or just a literal animal speaking nonsense? Or will this animal give some decent research?

We know in 2022 petro matad burnt through US$2.9m which was 6.5% of the companies market value and it had no debt. So right now we need income and revenue e.g Heron to boost this share price up correct?

BCE on twitter is active with people mentioning, but here and general news nothing. I hate it when its like this. Other stocks with potential/proven assets or even broker notes are not even doing anything for months or years, their chats and twitter is constant news and talking. The only reasonable explanation is because of the past dusters for this stock.

But we all know, we just need the news: success drilling and oil show and we go up in tomorrows RNS or within next 7 days. Its a crucial time period now.

When the peterkin CEO guy left the company, re-watching his interviews when this was advance. He always spoke like he was uncertain with the risks of drilling and oil. If you listen to what he says its like he was never convinced, even the video title was weirdly named called big drill like it was some kind of massive unknown drilling exploration that may bring fortune.

Bottomley however his interviews on IG and on here was way more confident and spoke at length with facts about proven assets and oil found by companies before. Then stating going straight to production to fund other wells. I may be trying to look for positives, but the way he conducts him self is more like a company CEO.

Thats great guys, one question though I am not well versed what happens on Aim stocks if asset is sold etc. So if the asset is sold or other things happen and we go to 0.0040p or 1p, would that be instant or gradually go up? Then can we instantly sell the shares is that correct? Shares will not be suspended or frozen etc? Or there is some kind of time frame?

As reading first Rns did not give much, I did not read the other ones, but searched online anyway.

So because Ireland refused LOGP and Bey to assets the share price just got destroyed that much?

Now LOGP stating they fighting for shareholder investments etc by filing a lawsuit. So does the company have a high chance to win or going to be bankrupt? And if they win, will they have access to assets? Or will they get compensation and this will move this back over 1p? But why did they raise? For work for the whole of 2023? What other things are they doing?

Reading into some things, dilution, raises, Bey liquidated and this will go to 2p-3p or be diluted more and stay around 0.0007 forever etc.

Can someone on this chat, just in one simple line or 2 for the 3 bullet points I have raised.

1) Why has this stock which is normally over 1p or around above 0.0040p been obliterated in the last 3 months and is around 0.0012p now?

2) Will there be further dilutions? Why did the insiders sell because company will cease to exist? But a small group of shareholders apparently funded this raise? Why so confident?

3) What is the true value of this stock? Is it 50/50 we will get back to 0.00050p or over 1p? What is the general view and why?

Thats nice stuart v hopefully if boil goes up to the predicted analyst 0.040-4p range, you should be set for life with that many shares. I shall try to be in the few million shares at least by September and hoping this delivers within a year. I am sure many are the same, whatever their holding.

Stuart what is your large holding? If you have such a large holding and confident I am sure your happy to disclose?

I have £500 starter at 0.0009 but once I have more money available from selling other stocks or wages, will probably have around £2000-£3000 in Boil invested by September. Thats my risk toleration for small caps like this, unless theres proven productions or they already have money coming I will invest higher. I mean Boil is not going to zero cant really get much lower then here, only upside.

A good couple comments so far and a broker note from the most common posters here. Regardless if Garry Newman has knowledge, is genuine, gives good research etc. To me he is way to negative on this stock, he gives a lot of good reasons though.

But him and most of his followers or people who agree with him just bashing this LSE chat stating rampers and this stock is going to zero and bankruptcy. That is not right.

Like for example they screenshot a guy called Tilburn back in 2022 who is on this chat i think. Calling him a ramper when this was around 14p and saying look at Sp now etc. Well of course back then you would think it could rise more for whatever the reasoning was.

However I am seeing good discussions on here and not loads of ramping. So not sure what they are on about. I do not like it when people state false things, opinions are fine, giving research is great, facts even better.

However calling LSE chat full of rampers and stopping people buying this share and stating all shareholders going to be wiped out is wrong. Stock investment is risk, be it low medium or high. We all know that and we are waiting whats going to happen next few weeks and months.

There is a guy called Garry Newman who is on twitter, many people like him and follow him and he writes articles on a site called share profits. He is stating with many others who could be trolls or de-rampers that COPL is not investable.

He also called all COPL LSE chat rampers in a sense and do not listen to reason, and hate on him and abuse him.

Garry Newman stated the following regarding COPL:

Like i said before we just need two words: Drill success and oil found share price goes up.

First stage all that matters and we are up even if its less then expected 0.0020p as investors or shorts said on here, even the more neutral or bearish like professional expect 0.0020p if success drill.

After re-watching the video on LSE, Bottomley stated * The segment that they are targeting already been discovered in 1985 by Exon who drilled a well into the segment and encountered oil in all the reservoirs

within the sections, beacon energy is twinning this well. So the well beacon energy is drilling is immediately adjacent to the well*. Bottomley said they don't expect surprises, so drilling the well, logging the well then put it into production.

Thats why I cannot see this fail at least to drill and test phase. The fact that gas cap was detected just above target depth last week and RNS stated we get update quickly next week. Re- watching that video with those facts bottomley stated regarding OIL and exon and rhien petroleum we have to go up.

So unless somehow by magic this fails will put me off buying any more drill or early development stocks. But I am confident this stock will come good for all investors, unlike other dusters beacon has produced under different names.

Agreed Hmst, however regardless of how commercial oil is or how much there is. There should be OIL there especially with what they said gas cap above target depth. 90% confident there is OIL there after that statement RNS.

As you said immediate rise to 0.0020p thats what everyone wants and then most are selling and keeping some shares in, or others will be buying more at a higher price.

For all of us investors right now we just need them to say 2 words: Drill success and Oil found, thats step 1 and share price goes up. We win!

Nothing else matters, otherwise yes we go down more and wait for the other development areas to be targeted.

Monday or Friday would be RNS. If they was only above the Target depth and went back in this Monday or Tuesday, it will only take few days to hit the target depth. They must have news by today or over the weekend.

WOS I do not like you or hate you. You may be useful on here, a god to some, and right about a few things that has happened. However stop going other boards like BCE or other ones and spreading things like its 100% accurate when you have no evidence to back it up.

Just looking at today apart from the 219k supposed buy, alot of blues then reds and the shares brought are much higher in blues then sold in red.

Forget about debt, placings, incoming news and diamonds if true or not.

All this trading must mean most are bullish, and the big buys like the 219k, must mean news coming and good news at that. Unless as people say, people like throwing money away.
