How can the SP have been falling recently if Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad have increased their holdings by 4% of the total shares in issue!?
Two more director buys. £233K worth in total
Continued growth, what is not to like.
The interim results are on the 2nd August.
I think this has already been answered in your own thread of 24/06/22

In summary RKH may have to find around £35m which could come from OM.
"Zimbabwe's central bank has launched gold coins in an effort to help curb soaring inflation amid a slump in the country's currency.
The central bank's main interest rate was more than doubled this month to 200% after the annual rate of inflation rose above 190%.
Each coin will be priced at the international market rate for an ounce of gold plus 5% for production costs.
As of Friday, an ounce was worth about $1,724 (£1,435).
It will be possible use the coins in shops, if they have enough change, according to the governor of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, John Mangudya"

From the ARG results today:
"A formal application for this Licence extension cannot be submitted before the Falkland Islands Government completes a review of its relationship with the oil and gas sector which is currently underway and expected to be completed in Q3 2022."
Presumably this review involves RKH/Navitas too, so we should get some FIG news in Q3.
From the RNS 17/11/21 Net Zero Acceleration Programme
"Growth-enabling dividend, paying at least £3.50 per share across the five years, comprising:
o completion of current RPI linked dividend plan to March 2023
o followed by a rebased dividend to 60p in 23/24 with attractive annual growth of at least 5% to March 2026"
Since that RNS I've expected the share price to tumble, but it seems to be defying gravity. If I understand that correctly, that the annual dividend will be reduced to 60p, I'd expect the SP to be around the 1200p level (giving 5% yield). The current SP says I have it wrong. The SP was around 1650 at the time of the RNS. I'm on the side, waiting to see how it pans out, the rise to 1900 gave me pause for thought.
Russia invaded Ukraine to secure the oil and gas, nothing to do with NATO. Ukraine have large untapped reserves, nearly as much as Norway. What do you think would happen to Russia if Europe started buying most of its oil and gas from Ukraine? I believe oil and gas is something like 40% of Russia's GDP. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eo6w5R6Uo8Y
Waiting to see what the interim divi is, I'm hoping for at least 4p. Anything more than that and the SP should respond. If we match last years 8.7p I'll be very happy.
Putin invaded Ukraine to stop them developing their own massive oil and gas fields and selling to Europe, effectively cutting Russia's huge income which I believe is 60% of their GDP. It's nothing to do with NATO, it's all about money.
Yes sanctions are hurting us, but at least we are not (yet) paying in blood like the poor Ukrainians. Anyone who excuses Putin and the carnage he has caused, I have no words for you.
I hold my shares with ii in an ISA and asked about the open offer, this is the reply I got:
We'll be issuing a Corporate Action notice about this later today. If you check the Corporate Actions section of your account this evening you will see a Notice about the Open Offer and you'll be able to make your election.
In terms of the warrants, they'll be recorded on your account like any other holding and you'd need to phone in if you wanted to exercise them in future.
