I suggest we keep a tally of all the pertinent questions that needs to be asked as this is our one and only chance to get some information from the BoD. My first questions will be:-

1. Do we have the data readily available to present to FDA for the toxiticity issues that will satisfy their concerns? If not, what will be the financial cost of providing that information?

I’m not into Social Media as I find it is a waste of my valuable time, but I grudgingly has to register on LI so old colleagues and business contacts can keep in touch. If I can read the Twitter posts as visitor without registering then I’ll be interested!

It’s difficult to use the filter function as there are so many biased derampers and also rampers, that making use of this function would give a diminishing return.

I wish we could focus on the results of the tests that pony’s to liver toxiticy rather than conspiracy theories.

Ever since the share drop, this BB has nose dived in terms of quality and even personal insults are being thrown about. Now, I have to trawl through many pages of crap to read something sensible from the original LTH and sincere posters.

Ivy, Sheltie, Jimzi or Ian B, I suggest one of you create a Whatsapp group away from this garbage so we can have a proper unbiased, meaningful debate on Motif’s future until quality and credibility is restored on this BB. Just PM me and send you my number to join the Whatsapp group.

I would love to see an RNS showing II sharehilders have fully exited as this would not have gone as low as 6p due to their sells that make this share volatile. Once they are out, the the genuine holders can enjoy the stability.

I haven’t lost or gained anything as im still a LTH who hasn’t sold out. The maths for me is that for the sake of preserving 30% capital I’ll be loosing out on 100% gain. I don’t want to be in a position to kick myself when this goes up when I know I could have held for longer. I don’t need the cash and can afford to lose my investments, so no rush for me.

The BoD could have stayed silent until the meeting with FDA if they thought they were in the deep. However, conference call shows confidence and probably will give clarity how they can take Iclaprim over the finishing line.

The way most LTH’s will play this today is that if it drops then they will average down as they could not buy when the the SP was a lot lower.

The bad news of Capital Raise for further tests were priced in, but the RNS doesn’t suggest further tests, so on balance any good news is a support to the upside.

Small capital raise is an indication that they won’t need to do the whole retrials again otherwise the capital raise would have been a lot higher.

I’m in all the way too. It is still a binary win loose situation, so instead of selling out with a loss it’s better for me to keep the shares and see this until Meeting with FDA in 29 days.

I'm glad I managed to bag some at 5p in the morning, which brings my average down to a manageable level.

IMM's story was compltely different to Motif as this is a CRL response and not a total "no".

"markets always overreacts" that's the one thing I have experienced all the time and then you will always see a bounce even if it's a dead cat, but will still a bounce.

To answer previous posters question why I’m buying now? The simple answer is that the current market value is same as what they have money in the bank and that’s excluding any other assets or patents they may have if value.

I’ll be very surprised if the RNS comes out tomorrow as the FDA decision will be very difficult to keep a secret amongst Motif BoD’s. It’s too risky, I wouldn’t do it.

As I mentioned before, it’s most likely they’ll issue the RNS end of Nasdaq trading session.

I wonder if the manipulators are reading this BB and having a giggle to themselves?

No, highly unlikely they will release RNS on 14th as this will spook the markets. RNS end of 13th will ensure that RNS is released on the same day the FDA decision is released but outside both AIM and Nasdaq trading sessions.

The RNS will definitely not arrive in the morning of 13th.
