No worries mate, I honestly know they will be successful in the medium term, and no worries about yesterday, I completely understand that a lot have invested their hard earned money into this company and so are defensive or PRG.

I understand mate, I was heavily invested myself but I had to sell up as soon as news reached my ears, sometimes people think that its scaremongering in early September but I was genuinely trying to inform people who didn't have the connections that I had. Loads of people are jumping on the band wagon of trying to be negative towards PRG, however news of Mothae not being purchased is nonsense really. The sale will go through, but the financing deal along with the cost of developing both assets will involve heavy dilution I'm afraid to say. As I have always maintained, medium-long term holds will be fine. Its true PM does have a great reputation and has great connections.

I agree with you, the guy didn't have knowledge on the topic and looks to be jumping on the bandwagon, as I have said previously the previous deal was going to involve a 60 million share dilution, however I'm afraid to say the deal that will be announced will be multiples of it, which is why I sold out in early September after posting a message on here as a genuine tip off. HOWEVER the positive is PRG now have Mothae which is a phenomenal asset.....Those in the know are already aware that Lemphane was massively risky because of the very low grade and no real defined resource which is why there was a push to get Mothae which does have the defined resource, and is a lot closer to Letseng.

He meant to say funding to develop the 2 assets, but yeah I do agree with you his knowledge on the topic DOES look minimal. I would have thought that getting a local partner on the Motete dyke would have been a good idea whilst funding news being released. To clarify I'm not invested here at present, although I do like the company, I am waiting until funding has been agreed.

Well I have to disagree, Mothae is the jewel in the crown, and how they got it for $8.5 million is beyond me! To me, PRG with Lemphane only was over valued.

PRG prior to the Mothae acquisition....where they overvalued? Just would like good honest opinions.

Some people are in here for the longer term, and are building a position at present which is perfectly understandable. We shall all find out when the funding news is released, and of course dilution is the problem, and PM knows it which is why they have attempted to keep the SP as constant as possible. For arguments sake, if 50% is debt funded and 50% via a placing will that have no affect on the SP?

A lot of people are using it to scaremonger I agree, like reports of shorting is wide of the mark. Many have said financing this and financing that, but when it comes down to it the financing options are there BUT it will involve dilution considerably higher then the 60 million shares everyone is expecting. I have always been adamant in the long term, PRG will be a great company with PM at the helm, HOWEVER in the short term it is likely to be a bumpy ride. Just think to yourself, why would a shareholder offload with such ferocity if the financing news is all hunky dory, TW and DocH have very little influence in whats happening in my opinion. Im not a de-ramper in any sense of the word, I'm very open about my position and even posted on this board when and why I sold.

Some may have spread bets, but I don't think this shorting chatter is true. Someone definitely wants out though with all the 100k+ sells.
