Yeah I mean, despite the large sells buyers have been more then willing to mop up any of the overhang, and the risk/reward aspect does seem to be there. Although individuals previously asked about consolidation at the last AGM, and they were informed there were no plans for a SP consolidation, I still think shares will need to be consolidated to make them far more presentable in taking the company forward to be quite frank! In this scenario I think it would be a wise move, however I do feel that the board are retaining the share setup as it is so the SP cannot go below a certain value because its already very low, and thats savvy considering the performance of this share is based on a potential acquisition and so the MCAP won't have the potential to decrease as much. If there is an acquisition I get the feeling there will be a suspension and SP consolidation before the company is taken out of suspension. Thats my whole take on the situation anyway.

Admittedly I had a live quote for 25 mill at 0.0149 which was not executed because of the change in spread seconds before....trust my luck!

True that, not sure if the market is buying the finance deal really... Im pretty sure PM is yet again rushing behind the scenes to arrange another finance deal.

You make a fair point, however at what stage are AVP in terms of making an investment? Im sure many would agree they are at a very early stage in terms of searching, comparatively CEB are at extremely advanced stages of an asset acquisition, so there is no comparison in that regard. Also, the industry as far more lucrative with the business model that will be deployed by DW at CEB. Figures I was giving at CEB are very realisable on the acquisition of a high quality asset.

You misinterpret my point, and yes some people who may have purchased last week may have sold now, but regardless there were large very sells when the SP was above 0.02 not so long ago, and these sells were consistently drip fed into the market. For them the average price they sold at was great if they sold from 0.022 down to 0.014 after purchasing at 0.012 in the placing. Its the only logical explanation, unless investors are selling to buy into more volatile stocks to make a short term gain and re enter AVP at a later stage. Regardless, for a shell company you all know an acquisition must be made relatively soon, otherwise the drift will continue in my humble opinion, but it cant go significantly lower.

Why is it madness? They may have purchased shares recently at 0.0144 or even been part of the 0.012 placing :/ Regardless, I still believe that for a shell company the current MCAP is unwarranted, and its all hype driven. Why would large sellers, who look to have participated in the previous placing sell at this stage in the companies development? Its all very fuzzy in my opinion as someone who isn't invested.

Well its hype based on the previous success of Concha, which some might translate as foresight and common sense! Time will tell if the success of the past can be replicated. If this is RTO'd, then I would hope for the sake of everyone invested that it doesn't become a WRN type affair! Regardless, I am interested in AVP and I'm waiting to see what next week brings. It does seem to have a core loyal investor following which is good in my eyes!

It seems as though there is still some offloading of the 0.012 placing shares which is pulling the price down. Until there is any substantial news, this is simply hype driven.

This deal was not on the table a month ago, that is guaranteed.
