There haven't been holding RNS's, but where do you think all this share supply is coming from? There has consistently been a phantom seller on the books for a while now.

I will post a screen shot of my bloomberg terminal, and yes there has been II selling from those who were given GEL as a spin off of GDG.

Ok, lets look at the fundamentals of GEL then. We are still in a transition phase since initial listing, where there is shuffling around of shares from those that got them as the special dividend. Now, our link with GDG is evidently very important to us, and we are cointegrated in that sense, so if GDG do well, so do we. There are few companies listed on AIM with MCAP's similar to ours that actually have a cash flow, we have 100 employees and increasing, so that looks like we are heading in the right direction imho. Our net asset value is multiples of the current SP, but what is holding us back is II's selling up which is giving us such a sporadic spread. Buying was near on impossible since the beginning, or at high premiums, which I'm sure you know. Don't you consider the tightening of the spread as a positive in recent months?

Hungry, I don't think anyone stated we will reach 3-4p in the short term.... They may have been referring to forecasts but I don't remember reading such a post. The September update will give us a better picture in terms of figures. The only issue at present with GEL is the II seller, who is likely to be Ontario Teachers Pension Plan, as for them it was a special dividend from GDG so it was free essentially, and apparently they have been de-risking. Now looking at the MCAP, and looking at our reports, what would you consider a fair MCAP? Also considering there are so few shares in free float, any changes in SP will be drastic in either direction. As I said before, loads are annoyed about the India Drilling contracts, but why do them if we cant guarantee they will be able to pay?

He doesn't have a short position, he just bought in at several 100% higher then our current SP, and made a loss selling out early, so he is understandably annoyed.

Robin, thats a bit of a silly statement in all honesty, GDG are a main listed company with a massive MCAP of around £500 mil, so expecting an effect on the SP for a company who are over 100 times bigger then us isn't going to happen, and GDG have already benefitted from the main listing, which also has lower volatility, which I'm sure you already know. Let me put it this way, lets say GDG are a river, and GEL are a small puddle, throwing a stone in a river won't have a huge affect, but throwing a stone into a puddle will have a huge affect, which is why GEL have climbed, and still looking at their report, we could still go up more. I know the whole fiasco with the Indian drilling has unsettled you, as it has done me, but Randeep didn't want to drill unless he was certain he would get paid, its as simple as that

No point emailing him, I have asked him for a very long time, I even spoke to him and they aren't very helpful at all, he is usually 'on holiday' or 'cant provide it unless given written authorisation' even though I was requesting it under my employers company name.
