You are a back office accountant, not the face of a company! I think its time you either make way for a higher calibre CEO, or take a large pay reduction in a addition to a large portion of your remuneration in shares and make yourself more aligned with shareholders, its quite frankly embarrassing that nearly every shareholder in this company has more shares then you, as the CEO! You have no formal experience in this field, yet you draw a salary and have the same lifestyle as the fat prune before you? Let me guess... you still travel business class to sierra leone? Its proof that the share price is of no concern to you, if you really cared you would try and keep all expenses to a minimum, as long as you continue to be paid you would't care if the share price was 1p or 0.00001p, it makes absolutely no difference to you as you have no skin in the game. How can anyone trust your opinions when you are not incentivised to make this company a success? Look what new management did at SULA, who are also based in SL. That just shows you what taking a stake in the company, leadership with a set direction and positive sentiment can do for you. Simply having a strategy of having stockpiles of gravel is not working, for sustainability the company needs a source of revenue from the tenements that can maintain the cash burn, and the larger stones can provide the profit. If small companies with foreign management in Sierra Leone working small artisanal parcels can be cash generative and profitable using manual labour and a basic washer, then what is stopping us (with our superior tools) from following suit?
