Well an open offer to benefit all the existing shareholders is still my first option, CLN's do more damage because the conversions are usually when the SP has upward momentum, for me I would dilute all you have to at the offset with long term investors (not flippers) then let the SP organically grow.

Will probably to try and take this private on the cheap, just like he did with Greka Engineering!

This CLN is a bad move.... straight up equity fundraising would be far far better, an open offer would have been the icing on the cake, 20% interest on the loan and convertible at 80% of the prevailing SP! SHOCKER

I can sell up to 750,000 at 1p but can only buy up to 500,000 at 1.094, the market needs more shares it would seem. Im not selling any until we are at prices many multiples of the current sp.

Well you are lucky you got that Gorilla! I was on a short holiday at the time and had several limit orders set before I left (which weren't triggered). Before leaving I topped up 1m at 0.75 so was happy with that regardless, especially after spending a lot of money at significantly higher share prices. I have been invested for several years and only now has it got to this pivotal point where we will be profitable; hard work pays off and the whole team in Australia have been working tremendously hard and keeping cash burn to an absolute minimum. I trust the team and thats what is very important here, they only raise money when its absolutely essential - they could have easily raised money to capitalise on the share price spike from the low 1's to high 5's back in 2015 but they didn't need the cash so did not unnecessarily dilute existing shareholders. This is in stark contrast to a lot of companies on AIM and I think its very important to consider this when making investment decisions because throughout AIM dilution really does destroy shareholder value.

Yes indeed, it was only briefly in the 0.7's and was hard to buy in volume I can assure you! This is just the beginning, the share price went up 500% in a short period when news was announced that the sapphire project was proceeding after the exit from Tanzanite (where we had the biggest pioneering Tanzanite mine in the world). We have profitability news next month and a new resource estimate for exploration licence EMP 25973 that could drop at any moment, and is expected before the end of Q2. Great times ahead :-)

I have watched this for several years, I'm curious more then anything really but it could be puntable if it continues the drift down. Regardless I'm more interested in the price action

Yep I have big big expectations for RLD, this is one of those very rare companies that will be announcing profitability with such a tiny MCAP! A lot of money and time has been spent building up the correct benefaction routes to increase the quality of the end product to give us significantly better margins. The lower - mid quality roughs will hopefully cover our OPEX and the larger higher quality stones will really give us the juicy profits. All they have to do is announce a deal with a TV direct to consumer company like Gems Tv and this will sky rocket! We have a resource of 115.5 million ounces of sapphire, have a healthy cash position and will be profitable next month ;-)
