What a wonderful stock this has been. I bought with the Covid drop and now having held for 5 years, CCL is 2% off of its 100% gain exit price, so an average 20% p.a. (or double the S&P 500 average over last 40 years) and that will do me fine.

I considered leaving half in but even if it makes it to 25 that is 14% upside.

14% in AET, it only has to get from 50 to 57 and I feel that will come much, much sooner.

So that is the plan.

If you run a 5 yr time horizon DCF on eps of 17c (2023) with assumed growth of 5% pa. terminal value at inflation (2%) and a discount rate of 15% the result of 150p is strikingly similar to Edison`s valuation of 152.9 For this to work, Rh needs to hold. It is currently hovering around 7k as we know. Pt hovering around 1300 - 1350. About 1/10th of that forecast SP is the valuation of the JV (chromite) just to give some aerial helicopter perspective.
