Everybody knows how badly the sle sp has done and that OF has been paid too much but repeating this endlessly serves no purpose.

Some of you people seem to have an inordinate amount of time with all these pointless lengthy posts. I realise I post the occasional bit of rubbish but it's usually only a few lines. What are you on?

The curious thing about OPs pay in shares is that the number he owns has not changed since at least May 2 2017. On that date he was listed on the sle website as having 3,635,594 and it remains the same today as well as on several intermediate dates for which I have records. The % he holds has changed from 0.81% to 0.73% over that period because the total in issue has changed. Note he held 3.23 % in 2014.

Perhaps he gets options ??

It also says the same thing in Section 4.1 c) of the dpr guidelines on asset divestment 2014 (also available on the suntrust web site) ie the Assignor ( in this case SunTrust) must gain consent of the dpr .... Etc

The dpr letter discussed earlier suggests it is SunTrust who should have sought permission from the dpr.

Nobody said that it was!

I know what SLE have said.
The DPR letter says it's the Assignor's responsibility to obtain consent from the ministry - which implies that it was ST's omission, not SLE's.
