£18.1k worth of shares traded and the sp drops 65%!

Not sure I have understood this correctly but from the holdings and footnotes listed on the SLE website ST will still control about 23-24 million shares via one or both of the investment vehicles??

The court case is also adjourned to Sep 28 - the date of the SLE agm ... so both "events" could be taking place at the same time.
