NM is in a strong position, and he and Info, will raise the 2.7 billion dollars to build the mine. Good afternoon Native, they are currently developing the PFS, you cannot print bits of it in isolation, it may lead to false assumptions. Also we are not required to provide enhanced disclosure, if we have not had a takeover deal. If we have had a takeover put to us, then confidential agreements would be signed. So Cornerstone would not be aware. Cornerstone would only be made aware, if it was a bid for Alpala separately.

A good point Copperpot, if BHP or NCM, supported this, can't see the Government looking favorably at this, and may push them down the list for future licenses.

We have an AGM next month, so will it not be presented, as a measure at this time. Means BHP are voting with Nick, but let's say it goes past 15th October, BHP would still support Nick.

Hello rcgl2, A thought experiment for you, if you were going to oust the board, then you would plan it, and at the time of calling an EGM, would name the support you had, and have in place a replacement BOD. Haven't seen that.

Good afternoon rcgl2, it's not going to happen, as far as I know, this came out yesterday, but they still haven't asked for an EGM. ( someone please correct me if I am wrong ) No one has come out in support of CGP, frankly the terms that they want to remove the board on are lies. So ask yourself, if you were BHP or NCM, would you even associate yourself with this action. Sure they can call the meeting, as it's 5%, ( I thought it was 10%, but my info out of date ) but what are they going to do. They will have to prove NM and the BOD withheld information that would materially would affect the share price, and then their are accusing Solgold of not representing Shareholders with the FN deal. Good luck with that.

Tiger read your post, to get the same amount by equity, Solgold, would be giving up 20% of the company for life, or until they sell it. 1% of just Alpala, is a stonking deal. That's 20% of all earnings for as long as the shares are held. I realize it's offtake, not profit, so the two don't equate, but seriously, to say this is a bad deal for Solgold shareholders, is rubbish, as FTJNY says, this is a good deal for us, and a bad outcome for CGP. Anyone reading your posts, would think your investment was in CGP, not Solgold, and that's why your annoyed.

Tiger have you done the maths, we are giving up 1% of Alpala, not the whole company for one hundred million dollars, we would have had to give a 20% ownership of Alpala and the whole company, to raise the same amount from equity. How on earth is that a bad deal. Getting funding on project value, not share price. Also if NM is to be believed, ( I think he is ) we have smelters lining up for similar offtake agreements.

Looking at your posts Alwaysone, that's because you believe NM and the board are going to be removed by CGP. Just not going to happen, have a look and see what CGP shareholders are saying. They think CGP have gone mad.

Tiger, you say the funding will dilute, as we will never cash raise by NPV, he has already started, as the Franco Nevada deal has already done that, to get us to PFS and DFS, and if NM is true to his word, ( he has been so far )Then we will be arranging a further Billion , and the rest in the pipeline. I like this guy, so far he has delivered, and acted in the best interest of shareholders. All the best.

Morning Barry, L2 not something you want to be involved in. It costs money, and I think unless you day trade of little use, I have been trading for 40 years this October, and had it for a short while. It shows you which MM's are offering up shares, how many have to move, either up or down, and helps you guess the direction of travel and price. Just wait 20 mins and not all, but a lot you can look up for nothing on free sites that don't cost a penny. Bit more to it, but if you are just starting out, by all means read about Level 2 ( L2 ) .
