Last few weeks, have been looking at CGP chat, I will post a link that shows you live chat.
However looking at the stream, they are not as well informed as us. They don't believe that Solgold can acquire the 2.7 billion dollars to build Alpala. They are not aware of the Smelters lining up, to do more offtake agreements for Alpala, also don't believe we can raise loans. Lastly I am of the opinion that they think we are not funded for long. Anyway chaps and chapesses, have a read and see what you think. Not all people on the CGP forum think this, but looks to be the general direction of travel of CGP shareholders.

Good morning addicknt, I mentioned investment trusts, as opposed to unit trusts, because of the way they are structured. However unit trusts, as we grow. I was not even thinking about hedge funds, as not an area I know anything about, apart from the basics. Not the same thing, but at this stage, any increase of the company's profile would be good. Exactly Miagi365, look at the use of social media in the dotcom boom. these companies had no substance and commanded ridiculous prices. Today the atmosphere has changed, people question more. They look to see if their is any substance behind the claims. My point is Solgold has to be known first of all, in order that people can look at it. All the best.

If I was Citi, I would be talking to investment trusts, which invest to a certain size, and then are traded. Solgold is exactly the sort of share, that you would want in what's seen as a high risk fund, with growth potential. Maybe there are doing this, as I know it takes time on the whole. But if the company is well known amongst the public and in particular small investors, then it can happen in a short period of time.

Miagi365 Sorry you are still missing the point. These so called high risk funds, are brought small scale by people like me. You wouldn't get them in a BT pension fund. They would want to hold tens of millions of shares. People buy these funds, because they know one or two of the companies and then look at the others, to see if it suits their risk profile. It's the other way round, these funds add small companies, not because they have heard of them or not, but because the Public have heard of them, and so the demand is there. I remember when Versarien ( VRS ) was on a BBC2 program called Working Lunch, many years ago. Shortly after it was in a pension fund. I still hold it in mine today. It's about raising the profile of the company, and it becoming more widely known in the investing community, so that there is a demand.

Sorry your missing my point Miagi365, it doesn't matter how large you are and how much you pay in dividends. Of course Solgold can qualify in a small mining explorers fund. It's just not there, at least I can't find a fund with Solgold in. RENE has a market cap of less than a tenth of Solgold, but you can still buy it in a investment trust for biotech.

Good morning DBW, I don't know is the simple answer, but I think that two things could happen, one certainly by October, the other sometime after. The first is the Franco Nevada deal is signed. Markets like certainty. The second is we announce we have the 2.7 billion dollars, to Build Alpala. Yes we will get a PFS as well, and that will support and increase price, but suspect we will get a rise before PFS, and by the time it's released it will be priced in. I would say between 48-60 pence a share. But who knows.

Sorry lostagain, you can get AIM companies in funds. I have a biotech fund with Reneuron in. I picked it earlier this year, because interested in the company, but didn't want to hold it as a single share. RENE is in AIM.

Gentlemen, maybe I am not putting my point across, forget the companies I mentioned. Use Rio Tinto and BHP for example, these appear in investment trusts, unit trusts, and as pension funds. It's about our profile. In my pension, I have 15% in high risk. Although I think high risk, doesn't mean high risk in a pension fund. As they pick companies to mitigate the risk. I cannot find Solgold in any fund, but small companies, one that I think are far riskier than Solgold appear. We need to raise the profile. Imagine hundreds of thousands of investors buying and selling Solgold. This will cure the lack of activity in this share, and it would settle at a more reasonable price. Would full value be achieved? Of course not, not until we are producing and have 5-10 years of increasing dividends. But we need to raise the profile.

Morning addicknt, that's my point. If you walk into a pub, and you mention Vodafone, Boots, Barclays ETC. Everyone knows who you are talking about. I have friends who work in Finance, are individual investors and have, by my terms substantial portfolio's. If it wasn't for me, none of them would have heard about Solgold. Two now invested. You are correct, that in the financial mining sector, we are known, but imagine if only the sector experts knew of any of the companies I have mentioned. Their share price would be on the floor. Publicity gets you talked about in all circles. Lots of private investors, have never heard of us, and don't know the story we have to tell. Why do companies advertise, it's not just about selling, it's about building a brand, and taking it's place in it's market sector.

Exactly Copperpot, I would also do a weekly video, showing people having fun, and showing, how we are making the life's of people in Ecuador better, and all we are doing for the local community, and the country as a whole. We do not use social media, and if discipline is maintained, it's a good thing. We can get the message out to Hundreds of millions of people, that we are Solgold. That will make a percentage of them want to know more about us. WHY DON'T WE DO THIS, IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER !!

I also would like to welcome our new director, but the real question I have for her and the Board members, is after DFS, and given a shovel, how quickly can they all dig. I would think a photo of the BOD, with picks and shovels in their hands, literally starting the Construction personally, is the type of meme that could go round the world, on social media, and thus free advertising, to get us noticed. It would be different. And no I am not joking. The problem is, we have is no visibility. We need to spread the word that Solgold is here.
