RE: OH DEAR8 Feb 2021 11:38
Good morning crewtime, I don't know, nor does anyone else.
What we need to know now, is how much money, do we have left over from the Franco Nevada money to complete the PFS.
I would like to think that we declined the extra 50 million from FN, because we didn't require it, and that in the future we could reduce FN down to 0.5% net smelter, as opposed to 1%.
We also need to know how much is left for exploration, so for example do we have enough to carry on drilling until the release of the PFS.
If those answers are positive then we should have a higher share price, by the time we need another fund raise.
This next thought is just a thought, so I have nothing to back this up.
But when we get to the stage, where more money is required for drilling. We should be able to raise above the share price, as although the two resolutions which were withdrawn makes this harder, there is a get around.
This is done by talking to interested parties, say Valuestone, and agree a price say 10 pence above whatever the price is at the time, and offer that to everyone, knowing it will be taken up.
The above is just an example.
Just my thoughts on the subject.
On a personal note, I am holding.
All the best.
