Has anyone got any type of timeframe for Management discussion and analysis release, I think last one was around August.

Hi rcgl2, I am not sure there is one, I have heard people on this chatroom suggest that, with their conspiracy theories.
I just think they disagreed with NM's approach to bringing Alpala to production in the way he wanted, leading to mass dilution of CGP.
It could be this was part of Solgolds strategy to acquire CGP's ENSA share on the cheap.
Bit aggressive by Solgold, and looks like that is over.
CGP have gone a bit quiet, so maybe they have an idea of their share of the capex, and they are more happy with it, then before.

What a depressing board this is this morning.
Reading it I wonder how many people have owned shares before.
We had some unexpected news, and it has moved the price down.
So many people think we are at the mercy of BHP and NCM.
I have a question, if it's all bad news, why not sell up now?

I haven't seen such tacit approval given to the share we all own.

Richos, don't bother, I know more about share dealing than you do, and can talk about all the financial instruments used. Although not an expert in any.

I thought I would post this link, as it shows the most up to date info on the Ecuador Covid Vaccine program.
It shows how many vaccinated, and looking at the trend, how long it's going to take to get 70% vaccinated.
Might be one to bookmark, as constantly updated.
Your heart has to go out to the people of Ecuador, after looking at this.
The vaccination date is over 100 years away to get to 70% at the current rate, no doubt the country will have to speed this up.

Redknight well done you found a mistake I made, misprint by me, I meant 50 million, but you know that.
The point on we can reduce to 0.5% NSR, is part of the agreement. Again hopefully you know that.
As for the rest, you are making my point, CGP will not sell out cheap. just read my full posting history on the reply, and who I was replying too, as I can tell from your response, you still haven't done that.

rcgl2, you iceberg, mathersfinger, Lafitte, Copperpot, FTJNY, BNC and many others talk sense, you give the reasons for your opinions, and use evidence.
I agree with what you have posted.
The 100% capex increase was not what I thought, but was an example ( you I know understand this, Redknight would take this literally )
The only addition I would make is that I don't believe we ever were going to take the extra 50 billion from Franco Nevada, as the plan has always been to reduce them to 0.5% of NSR.

Good morning Rodney, when you suggest NCM and BHP working together, you are talking about a concert group.
My opinion is they will not work in concert, unless they can pick up equal shares.
The big question I have asked many times, is if you believe a sale of Solgold is a reasonable prospect, then you have to answer one question.
Why has no one approached CGP for their 7.6% holding?
The effort required to form a concert group, is not inconsiderable, and I see no evidence of this happening.
Now if someone is successful and acquires CGP's 7.6%, that will make me stop and think, depending on who acquires it.
But I will tell you what I think. I don't believe CGP will sell their shares for anything less than NPV, as that is why I believe they turned down the Solgold offer.

I used Valuestone as an example, as it wasn't BHP or NCM. Change it for Barrick if it makes you happier. It was an example to answer the question. I was simply stating why I didn't believe 90 pence, would be accepted by the main stakeholders.
They are not interested in selling, they want a share of the spoils.

I know the link between DGR, Tenstar and NM, haven't I said that within the diverse book that they would all vote with NM, now read the question I was answering. It was would we sell for 90 pence, I gave my answers in more than one posting. Please go back and read. I was trying to answer the posters question.
You know I don't believe we will get a sensible bid. Please stop Trying to twist things. All I said is none of the parties mentioned would sell for 90 pence, as the PEA gave an NPV of around £1.50 and I expected the PFS to be over £2 , simple really, it just requires reading the first post, and then you realise that the others fall into context.

Sunnybne, although Tenstar, DGR and NM, are linked they are not the same. DGR and Tenstar, will not sell below value. You have to understand what would elicit a bid, and under what circumstances a bid would be accepted. Those circumstances I don't think exist yet, and if we get a CFP after the PFS, they won't exist.

This is the power of a diverse book, whoever bids, needs to get the agreement of all the parties I named in my last post to sell.
I don't think Tenstar, DGR, BHP, NCM or NM will sell at any price.
NM might sell at a premium to NPV.

It depends who bids 90p, say Valuestone bid 90p then would DGR, Tenstar, NCM, CGP, BHP and NM sell their shares.
Not a chance as the PEA NPV £1.50 and the PFS likely to come in over £2.
