It fits in with the strategic review as one of the major considerations is a JV.
This makes sense to me.

Good morning Bubble I suggest you read the article that addicknt is alluding to.
It has all the numbers and it clearly says that Solgold is becoming a multi asset major.

For me this is the relevant part.

Surprised you pointed this out addicknt as it goes against everything you've been saying.
The key point is it describes Solgold as an emerging multi asset major.
We will be at taking this to production.

I posted earlier that no one is paying attention to the 50 million which is ring fenced for Cascabel.

Think about it, we can only spend it on Cascabel, nothing else.
Why have we agreed these terms and taken the money.
Only one idea works.
We are Going for a JV.

But we don't know how many ETFs or funds they have.
The fewer they have the more likely I am correct.
It's entirely possible that the exclusion of one fund could explain the 30 million.

Bozi I am afraid it is you that hasn't got a clue on this .
If an ETF or fund changes it's percentage mix then 30 million is easily accounted for.
For example if 1% of the fund is Solgold and the fund changes so Solgold is not in it anymore, then all the shares in that fund are sold.
Usually wound down over a time period so that the shock is not too much.

What are you on about DBW BlackRock is not selling Solgold shares.
It's the funds that contain Solgold shares that are been altered or moved or sold.
BlackRock does not hold Solgold shares in their own right and manipulate the market as some have suggested.
I really don't think I could have put it any clearer.

Bozi is one of the good posters on here, even though we disagree on the final outcome.

I mention Funds as well I just kept it generic for simplicity.

The three scenario's I have put forward is how fund management and ETF's function.
You are correct I don't know which one it is.
But what I do know it's one or more of them.

Correct Bozi the BlackRock funds are being sold, it's not BlackRock selling shares.
That's what I have constantly said.
So reasons for selling Solgold shares could be.

1=) The fund no longer has Solgold as part of it's mix.

2=) Client's are swapping funds and switching out of a fund that contains Solgold into one that doesn't.

3=) Clients are exiting funds that contain Solgold and taking the money.

The one thing that is not happening is BlackRock are selling Solgold shares to walk the price down.
Because that is not the business they are in.

BlackRock are not selling, their Clients are selling funds that contain Solgold as part of the mix.
Unlikely that BHP or NCM buying on the open market otherwise price would be a lot higher.
Although we have had some volume over the past days, this is nothing unusual as we should be having this kind of volume everyday, day in and day out.

Covgaz this is my first junior mining share, but my speciality over the last 40 years of investing is Tech, oil and gas and finance.
These are the sector's I mainly invest in and today my dividend income gives me more than an okay living.
I don't have all the answers, but over the years I have learnt a few things.
I will give you a thought experiment on Solgold.

Many on here say why wouldn't we get a bid for a tier one project. As this is highly desirable to own and the person who's successful in bidding will make a fortune from Solgold.
Yet the Same people say no one will give us finance for this extraordinary find.
That makes no sense.
I have made my money working out what is a good bet and what's not.
My strategy is I don't invest to make money, I invest not to lose it.

So we may get taken out and I will make money hopefully you will too.
But if we take this all the way, we make a lot more with exit points along the way.
We have take off agreements, so we can get the finance through bank loans. Yes some dilution, but as NM said it will be minimal.
Also maybe some more offtake, but also a partner stumping up a percentage.
Who knows maybe more than one partner.
This has a long way to go, as none of this is happening fast.
We now await the strategic review and we listen to what the company says in conjunction with the strategic review.

Evening Covgaz, the only way this can go is we get to production.
Because if that's not possible, then no one will bid for us, until we get heavily diluted in which case we get a cheap bid. With the change in the story we now own 100% of ENSA.
So the story has changed. We are now attractive and although no one will bid for us, we can form a partnership or JV if you prefer.
This I think is the way forward now.
So the situation has changed.
The question is will someone give us a takeout bid and stop the JV.
I don't think people on here are paying enough attention to the 0.6% royalty we just obtained for 50 million.
So can we get ourselves to a position where we can do it.
When we owned 85% of ENSA, we had to go it alone and get CGP to cough up their percentage.

We can now look to JV Alpala and once that happens, we get no bid. It's game over
Sure it takes a few years to reap the rewards, but all successful investors are patient.
Just concentrate on your other holdings and building revenue or growing your capital.
