It's not so much no one is paying attention, but we are waiting for the direction of travel.
All that has happened is we now have 100% of ENSA which makes raising funds easier.

You know the PFS has been known about for ages.
A bid could have been made and due diligence applied.
Point one makes no sense at all.

Jezzoo a JV would not be bad.
We would have a proportion of our construction costs, plus cash from the JV.
Also we may have some offtake thrown in at the same time.
Meaning very little dilution with a mine in production producing a huge amount of profit.

On point six I have considered that.
I repeat I post the most likely outcome not what I want.

Someone could have easily brought ENSA years ago.
All they had to do was simultaneously get an agreed bid for Solgolds 85% and CGP'S 15%.

It was never done for all reasons I have suggested.
Today it's harder to make a bid not easier.

Why is it that most people on here have been saying we will be sold for years and it has never happened.
I know you don't understand the diverse book, but along with our defence, that is the main reason.
Today the book is more diverse and so harder for a bid to succeed.
So what's left.

Will someone overpay to get Cascabel and a load of tenements they don't want.
Of course not.

Will someone offer fair value. Really unlikely as what they consider fair value will not be what major partners in Solgold consider fair value.

So the question remains.
How does someone get ENSA and the wider Alpala concession. Without bidding.

Answer is they JV with us.
It seems the most likely outcome and the cheapest for the company interested in Alpala.

What's more it makes the strategic review sensible.

It's not about what is my desired outcome.
It's what is the most likely outcome.
I would love for us to be bought out for 2 pounds a share.
But that's not how these things work.

Scrat we all want a payday it's just going to take a bit more time.

Why would anyone want to buy Solgold.
If anyone attempted it, then they would need to overpay for something they don't want.
What people want is ENSA.
So the way to get ENSA isn't to buy Solgold and get into a bidding war.
The way to get ENSA is to JV Cascabel.

Hello Monte Vod has always carried high levels of debt and I got out after I picked up the one pound dividend after the Verizon deal.
However they are slowly dealing with their pension deficit and their debt burden is reducing slowly.
I believe they will continue to pay around 7% dividends at the current price level and as such have been building a position again.
I have sold my Lloyds shares to top up DLG and VOD.

Same strategy as mine Monte.
When I eventually exit Solgold I will add to my dividend income.
Looking at dlg, vod and maybe a house builder.

The thing is a lot more is happening in Solgold and all these areas are in their infancy.
Because of COVID and the concentration on Alpala, we don't know what the state of play is.
I do however believe that the strategic review will encompass what is occurring throughout the entire business.

SharketMare you used to be a balanced poster on here, now you just sound desperate.
You do know what an absolute is.
Also you may want a bid. Trust me if we get a bid between one and two pounds, to me that would represent fair value at this stage for the whole company.
So you see I don't talk in absolutes.
However please present me a scenario that makes a bid more likely than before.
Now that the book is even more diverse and we have another entrant in the field with another offtake.
If anything a bid is less likely at this stage.

We await the strategic review to see the way forward in my opinion.
