Where he says he will explain Ingo's departure when Solgold is taken over.
Then at 10.28 today he says that Ingo has signed an NDA and he needs his permission.

I can assure that professional people take time to consider wherever or not to sign a NDA.

I have never said we will not get a bid, I have laid out in detail what I think it will take to get a bid.
This is why I have stated many times that production is the most likely outcome.

Good grief SharketMare you just posted that one of Solgolds options is to sell part of Cascabel.
Another way to bring Alpala to production and you ridicule me for having the same opinion.

But no announcement has been made to sell Solgold or Cascabel.
Yet we have made announcements that 20 tenements equating to 10 properties are up for sale or JV.
So when people say things like well they wouldn't announce it would they.
We know that's just not true, as we have announced what is for sale and what isn't.
But yes the DGR position is different to the Solgold position and we see that in all announcements.

While NM has DGR shares and firm part of any mass vote.
The shares belong to DGR and so form part of DGR's long term strategy.
This differs to Solgolds strategy.

Addicknt doesn't it make sense that DGR would not sell on the open market, but would sell to a party at an agreed price that enters into a JV with Solgold.
That way Solgold gets what it wants and so does DGR.

Addicknt when he spoke on behalf of DGR he said that their holding in Solgold would eventually be sold. No date was given.
When he spoke on behalf of Solgold, he said that they were looking to unlock value on behalf of shareholders. Shortly after we got an announcement of the strategic review, which is about advancing Cascabel.

DGR is a different animal and has no ambitions to become a producer.

If you are referring to his DGR announcement about Solgold. Then that is from DGR's perspective.
When he talked about Solgold as a Solgold employee that was from Solgold's perspective.

I agree with DinnerMoney and have in the past posted estimates at PEA and PFS and we are not too different. But that's for a bid.
PEA= 30% of NPV
PFS=40% of NPV

However the dynamics of a JV are different and depending what form it takes I do believe we get minimal or zero dilution and shortly after we are no longer valued on NPV.

Once we start producing we are valued on NAV and also revenue and as we all know that's a different ballgame and massively to our advantage.

You are now on about the financing of a JV.
That was not your question, so I suggest you ask the question that you want an answer to.

So let's tackle your second question on financing a JV.

Many ways to finance a JV, so depending on how it's achieved we have different outcomes.
I am on the more positive end and believe this can be done with minimal dilution which is also the company position.
Hence taking this to production in so many ways really doesn't bother me.
If we get a bid then I want as close to a full value offer as possible.

I am happy either way.

But as I have so often stated the chance of a bid looks distant for all the reasons I have stated over the past 7-8 years.
